Dismantling of wooden floors upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (joists to be measured and paid for separately). as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing wooden flooring 12mm thick of Action TESA flooring tiles (1214mm x 193 mm ) in grey/coloured of approved shade in flooring.as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Rubbing existing chips/terrazo tile flooring including rubbing and polishing to a desired level as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing wall pannelling up to 135 centimeter height with 4mm thick teak ply over 9mm thick water proof ply .as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing PVC rigid foam sheet 1 mm (One milimetre) thick on existing wall panelling using synthetic rubber based adhesive. as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Painting one coat(excluding priming coat)on previously painted wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint brushing to given and even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Polishing two coats with french polish on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust,and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler. As per HP.PWD specification clause 16.4.10. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octori, royality, malkhana, toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same. as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing Sony BRAVIA 108 Cm (43) HD Ready Smart LED Google TV KD-32W835 (Black) including fixing of DTH Set top box as per direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.
