Disconnecting 200 kVA transformer alongwith connected accessories from Foundation/Four pole structure carefully after taking out necessary electric connection and depositing in MES store yard including demolition/ dismmantling earthing, GI pipe and HT/LT cables carefullycomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer 11000/433 volts (at no load), AC , 3 phase 50 Hz , copper wound type complete with standard fittings, 11 KV 3 phase , LT 433 volts, 3 phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS: 1180 (with latest amendments) of capactiy 200 kVA.core type copper wound,oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil nature,air nature (ONAN) with external cooling tubes/fins delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol DYN-11(Vector group)with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side ) and having tapping at +5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. the maximum temparature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temparature of 40 degree celsius. The transformer shall be IS 1180 marked energy efficient level 2 and shall comprise of the following :- (a) 3 Nos porcelain bushing with arcing horn on HV side suitable for 11 KV complete with bushing,copper rods, nut and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (secondary side ) consisting of 04 No of porcelain bushing with copper rod , complete with nuts and washers with two numbers cable glands suitable for reception /taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cable including glands, joints and jointing material complete.

(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) Dehydrating breather with first fills dehydrating agents (silca gel) (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover (f) One number 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsious wth metal guard having max perimeter reading tempreture indicator with resisting device for transformer (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI earth strip for earhting of neutral and body (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (i) Oil level gauge (j) Oil drain filter valve (k) Lifting legs (l) Oil filling holes with cap/plug with connecting plate complete (m) Air release plug (n) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers (o) Extra bushing for neutral, outside LT cable box for proving independent earthig for neutral (p) First filling new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93(forth version) marked (make -HP/power oil or equivalent as approved by GE) filtered and tested dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrode as per IS 335. Provision of transformer plinth of size 2.5 x 2.5 x 1.5 mtrs complete with fencing PCC foundation, RCC Slab and gravel filling all around all as shown TD-251 Sheet 1/1.complete all as specified and as direcetd

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour sand cushioning (dry sand) to underground cable for cable protection 23 cm thick in two layers (8 cm thick before laying of cables and 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punning down the sand to 18 cm thickness) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment purpose)

Suypply & Fix in replacement MS tube light grade galvanised of size 80mm dia with all fittings and laid in trenches / under roads/ under floors/ fixing on poles and walls with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11 above , but of size 100 mm dia.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , class LV, Type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm for cable protection, confirming to IS : 5820-1970 and having minimum average load breaking strength 200 Kg/Sqcm complete all as specified. NOTE: The sample of precast concrete cable cover will be got tested from Govt approved Lab as decided by GE and cost of testing is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Supply and Laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300 mm X 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The sample of precast concrete cable cover will be got tested from Govt approved Lab as decided by GE and cost of testing is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, laid in pipes / ducts / trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable, any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.15 above but of size 95 sqmm X 3 core

Supply,laying, commissioning and testing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, armoured, electric power UG cable (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade in duct / trenches for small length for extension/replacement of the defective cable of nominal cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core including brass compression cable gland, terminal aluminium lugs etc making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(i) Pipes and bricks for protection, mild steel clamp nut and bolts sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No.17 above but for cable of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench-less technology and necessary mannual machine suitable to pass through up to 100 mm bore GI tubing and cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate, electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 X 6 mm as earthing lead protected with 40mm bore GI pipe light grade by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, connected to earthing test point, earth plate electrode surrounded by mixer of common salt and charcoal dust, including 20 mm dia GI watering pipe 'medium grade', funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC chamber cover 80 mm thick (1:2:4) type B-1, excavating & earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-I) and testing on completion including taking down old salvage value items complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white ,with letters and conventional skull and bone in postal red color and fixed with flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts , and washers of size 200mmx 150 mm for LT Note : (Note:-the printing shall be hand written only stancils embossing shall not be allowed ,and size of letter shall be 50x10 mm (height x width .)

Supply and fix in replacement Cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive or one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of super enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x60cmx5mm & copper earth strip 50x6mm complete all as specified and as directed Note : - (i) Test result of earth resistance of connected chemical earth pits be less than 0.50 ohm. (ii) The copper plate and copper strip shall be brazed and never be fastened using nuts and bolts. (iii) Alternate layers of charcoal and salt, five layer each up to top of copper plate after which a 2 inch layer of magnesium sulphate to be laid at top and balance volume to be filled with soft soil (iv) The chemical, salt and magnesium sulphate shall never be mixed but are to be laid in layers only (v) Tenderer's quoted rate is demmed to include the cost excavation & earth works, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, construction of PCC pit in (1:3:6) type C-2 cement concrete, using 40mm graded stone aggregates, RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 pit cover with MS handle testing on complete all as shown on drg, specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 for earth pit, RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 6 mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both way with MS handle 12 mm dia, charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for projection of earth lead, wire mesh and connected to earth point including taking down old salvage value items including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.
