Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as directed.

M & L for Scarifying or picking ( Power or by hand picking) gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces not exc 50mm in deep and in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L 75mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), of granite, trap or basalt, spread, watered, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from unsurfaced WBM & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 @ 10kg per Sq.m complete all as specified.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surfaces & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 @ 5kg per Sq.m for receiving DBM complete all as specified.

M & L Premix bituminous, macadam using 4% binder content by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber to consolidated thickness 50mm with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete as a correcting layer all as specified.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc from black top surfaces & applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG10 @ 5kg per Sq.m for receiving SDAC complete all as specified.

M & L Premix bituminous,semi asphaltic dense concrete laid by using mechanical paver 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumen of grade VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified.

Surface dressing of berms manually, improvement of berms not exc 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil includingremoval not exc 50mtr distance complete all as specified & directed

Providing pre-cast ce-ment concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks, string courses, copings. apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, bonders (for storm walling). corbels, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:6 with joints to match complete all as specified & directed

CULVERTS: Excavating over areas not exc 1.5mt deep and getting out excavated soil in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavating over areas exc 1.5mt or part thereof but not exc 3.00mt deep and getting out excavated soil in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC in foundations, filling and mass-concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

M & L RCC M-30 as in foundations including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases of columns etc, basement slab, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified & directed

M & L RCC M-30 as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls ballast walls and the like of any thickness above top of footings incl attached pilasters and butresses complete all as specified & directed

M & L RCC M-30 as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and like complete all as specified & directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking binding spirally, hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed

M&L use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing bases of columns, raft & beams, side of soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter rough finished surface of concrete etc all as specified & directed.
