S& F powder coated (minimum thickness 50 microns powder coating) extruded aluminium glazing/ doors & shutters made out of section 63.5x38.10x1.29mm for chowkats or frame & shutters made of size 44.45x44.45x1.29mm for side rails and middle rail, 114.3X44.45X1.29mm for top rails and bottom rails and including 12mm thick High Density Fibre Board pre-laminated on both sides (water proof) below middle/lock rail and 5mm thick tinted glass i.e tempered/ laminated/plain /glazed above middle/lock rail and to be fixed with and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beads 20mm size with and incl mortice lock with duplicate keys, hydraulic door closer/floor spring etc complete all as specified and directed approved by accepting officer including supply and fixing the following items and taking down of old existing door shutter with frame of any nature and any size: (a) Stainless Steel (304 Grade) Finished Butt Hinges 150mm - 3 nos per leaf. (b) Powder Coated Aluminium Tower Bolt 200mm long - 2 nos per leaf (c) Powder Coated Aluminium Handles 150 mm - 2 nos per leaf

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium in 3 Tier Track Sliding Windows/glazing, with frame of section 100x44-45x1.30mm, track of size 100x38.10x1.30 & shutters made of size 32x18x1.3mm, with and including 4mm thick tinted sheet glass selected quality fixed in 2 shutters and stainless steel wire gauge 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm in one shutter and including EPDM gasket to render the glazing, air and water tight etc. & aluminium beeds 20mm size and also including powder coated 150mm handle with built in locking system for each leaf complete all as specified.and taking down of old existing window shutter with frame of any nature and any size: Mode of measurments :- ( Clear opening will be measured )

Powder coated 50 microns extruded aluminium frame for fixed type partition (Standard two panel pattern) made out of powder coated aluminium section of size 63.5 x 38.10 x 1.5mm, comprising of 5mm thick tinted glass inserted in and including necesary jointing cleats, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading complete fixed to floor and wall by means of cadium plated steel screws complete incl taking down of existing partition with all fittings and fixtures all as specified and directed.

S & F Door closer hydraulically regulated designation No 3 universal type suitable for door shutter 851mm to 1000mm vide and weight between 61 to 80 kg of aluminium (extruded section body) as in repairs all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Double action floor spring ISI marked hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed in repairs complete all as specified.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boarding of any description, thickness including cover fillets complete al as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & fixing 12mm thick gypsum baord in celing (two or three stages if reqd) including GI U-section 50mmx35mmx7mm & edge side GI U-section size 30mmx25mmx15mmx7mm fixed with screw gypsum board and frame grid suspended with soffit cleat to roof slab for hanging 4mm dia GI hanger rod with adjustable level clips, after fixing of gypsum board jonits/junction of gypsum board ceiling to be covered with 50mm to 100mm corner strips, Round at fan & lights, cut for cassette AC indoor unit , light and Gypsum cornice all around the wall of any design and size as requried by user complete all as specified and as per manufacture's instruction and applying two coats of Luster Paint over 3 mm POP to visible side of gypsum board ceiling shade/tint and including necessary scaffolding for the work complete and dismantling of old existing false ceiling of any nature all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Seamless calcium silicate ceiling 8mm thick made out of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finshing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish

M &L For false ceiling with 4 mm thick designer 'E' board fixed on GI grid work with powder coated finish on exposed surface of size 0.60 x 0.60 m consisting of GI angle supported on wall of size 24 mm x 28 mm x 0.7 mm main tee of size 24 mm x 38 mm x 0.7 mm cross tee of size 24 mm x 28 mm x 0.7 mm using porpose made members interlocking to made to shape at 1200 mm c/c fixed with 3mm dia. GI wire suspender and making holes etc. all as directed including two coats of white wash on ceiling after preparation of surfaces and as per manufacture instruction make of grid work : Armstrong/ swastik/ Techno Grid and 'E' board Gypsum or equivalent approved. including taking down old ceiling etc complete as directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the bidder is including necessary scafolding for the work

S & F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame complete all respect including supply and fixing of all accessories like fasteners/screws/solvent etc all as recommended by manufacturer all as specified (colour/pattern as approved by Accepting Officer).
