Material and Labour for Repair to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm depth including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat of bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS :8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to Is:8887 at the rate of application of 0.2-0.3 Kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MORTH specification for road and Bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and as directed by by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Scarifying or Picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100 mm etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-II) using min 4.5% VG-30 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregates gradation as per Grading 2 Table 500-10 of Morth specification for road and bridge works 2013, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achive and desired compaction all as specified and as directecd by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs metal tubular delineators made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PAMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fixing in repairs 100% water proof solar road delineator pole mounted (Pole size 48mmX1000mm duly powder coated), fixing the same in M 15 grade (type-I) block of size 20x20x30cm(deep) complete all as directed. Supply and Fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and as directed

Demolition of Stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc (Laid dry or laid dry and pointed) etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete Type D-2, 1:4:8 with using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for rubber Moulded Pre-cast Kerb stones of cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (with using 20mm graded stone aggregates) factory made, size, shape, pattern and finished as approved, including rounding, chamfered or half round and bedded of perfectly leveled surface pointed and jointed in CM 1:4 including fixing etc complete all as specified and a as directed

Material and Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for machine pressed Pre-Cast concrete interlocking coloured paving Block of glass fiber reinforced glossy finished vibro compacted any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 grade to match with grey cement and pigment over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand ,compacting and proper embedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand etc complete all as specified and as directed.
