Dismainteling brick or stone masonary in cement mortar under 3M height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50M lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required complete as direction by the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil within 50 meter initial leadand 1.5mt. Intial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the soil away from work site including cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard granite crusher metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete in layer not exceeding 15cm thick and compacting to the required thickness and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of labour ,T&P and other charges of machineries etc. required for the work as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B chips having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 200 kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 20 days after mixing and test conduct in accordance with I..S 456 and I.S 516 including hoisting lowring laying concrete and compacting with vibrators, curing for 28 days with smooth centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, royalties & T&P required for the work complete in all respect but excluding cost of HYSD and binding wires and labour charges for bending binding and tying the grills as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying HYSD (FE 415)/ (FE 500) of Govt. approved for reinforcement tying the grills and placing in position as required for the RCC works and lowering,laying including cost,conveyance & taxes of HYSD bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and bending binding and tying the grills ( Payment will be made on weight of HYSD bars only and no separate payment will be made towords the weight of binding wires) etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth using Fly Ash brick size 25cm x 12cm x 8cm and 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance 8% after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use including splays cutting circular moulding corbelling chamfering and similar such type of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including watering and curing cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S. specification and confirm test as per specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
