Cleaningtheconcretesurfacebyremovingdirtanddebris,markingdefective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface isexposed, cuttingtheconcretetoregularshape,wirebrushingtheexposed surface and removing debris fromsite complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out jointsof walls,celingsetc.uptoanyheightandin any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Applyingepoxybasedreactivejoiningagent forjoining theoldconcretewith fresh concrete to be applied with inmanufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonalsquaremeshwirenetting, I.R.C. fabricmeshorX.P.M. fittedand fixedafter tyingthe existing reinforcement onconcretewithoutdistributing the same andwith proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concretewithwire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement includingthe cost ofwirenetting I.R.CorX.P.M.&costofallhandlingand scaffolding complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. c) 37.5mm thick

Cleaning the exposed reinforcement preferablyupto full diameter bywire brush,applyingtwocoats ofpolymer based rustremovingcompoundleft for 24hours, removing thecoatingandthenapplyingtwo(2)coatsof polymer modifiedanticorrosiveprotectivecoatingfor mulatedtoinhibit thecorrosion of reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification

Plaster(towall, floor, ceilingetc.)withsandandcement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster Gr Floor
