Dismantling existing unserviceable Aluminium conductors, steel reinforced (ACSR conductor) from overhead lines on LT poles, of any type and any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling existing unserviceable service bracket any type and any size on LT / HT poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down street /security light fitting such as Energy saving light fitting 4x24 watt and 45/60/72/90 watt LED light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconecting and taking down existing unserviceable solar light fitting of 9/12/15/20 wattt including battery with GI/ Polycarbonate battery box & solar panel, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down LED security /street light fitting safely for reuse and refixing the same on new pole including connection with cable PVC insulated stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade, 2.5 sqmm 3 core size of ISI marked from security light to pole box along with accessories as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling existing unserviceable cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. of any size and type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Srl Item No 2 to 8:- (i) Any T & P and Ladder wheel required for the work shall be arranged by the Contractor. The rate of this aspect is included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating, necessary form work and fair finishing all exposed faces of concrete without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F 450mm long PVC connection suitable for 15 mm bore with PTMT nuts on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing compact LED solar light fitting of 20 Watt, including high efficeincy solar panel of suitable size and durable 98 wh Lithium for operation of 20W LED solar street light. The complete solar panel including light and battery must be compact complete with body robust corrosion resistant superior finish and without any cracks of through holes made in a single piece by high pressure die cast aluminium alloy. The solar panel must be high efficiency integrated mono crystalline to charge the lithium ion battery and light will be functional for minimum 8-10 hours uninterupted operations. The complete panel must be dust and water proof with minimum IP 65 protection as per IS 10322-1982 (Part-I) with latest amendments and the battery should be protected against overcharge and deep discharge including battery status indicator. The efficienct of LED luminaries shall be 100 lumens per watt and with the function of auto ON/OFF as well as manual. Notes for srl Item No 29 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries. (c) All LED light/luminare must meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101 , 16102 Part -I/II ,16103 Part -I , 16104 ,16105 ,16106 , 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (d) Scope of work shall include supply and fixing street light fittings on street light bracket fixed on poles, If street light fitting requires to fixed on existing street light bracket and any addition alterration required in bracket for fixing street light, In that case cost of additional / alteration is included in the unit rate of this item, which also includes needful T & P and required accessories such as 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable for connection from pole box to light fitting etc complete including making connection, testing etc complete No extra payment is admissible on this account. (e) Light fittings shall be provided with 10 KV surge protection as mentioned in description of item. If 10 KV surge protection is not provided in light fitting for which cat part is mentioned in BOQ. Contractor has to provide light fitting with 10 KV surge protection without any extra cost to department. (f) Contractor shall write CA No on street light fitting with synthetic enamel paint which should be visible from ground level. Supplying, laying, jointing, commissioning and testing PVC insulated screened PVC bedded, armoured, heavy duty underground electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 70 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I-1988) laid in trenches, along poles through pipes etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
