Maintenance/ Construction of Roads (Balance) Drain at I.A. Sikandrabad(Housing) Distt. Bulandshahar.

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5meter and lead upto 30m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M. (100fts) from the foundation trenches.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in poroportion of 8:4:1 (8 graded stone aggregate: 4 coarse sand : 1cement : ) including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Concrete with 2cm gauge stone grit , coarse and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

First Class Brick work in 1:4 one cement : 4 coarse sand mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work with cement, approved coarse sand & 2cm gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M.S. (tor Steel or plain) in Plain work such as R.C.C. work including bendig for proper shape as necessary including supply of all material and wastage, bend hooks, and authorised overlapping shall be measured labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge work

Supply & Stacking of 45-63 mm gauge approved stone ballast (10cm loose) for patches & inter coat duly stacked on road side true to template including dressing the surface where materials is to be stacked including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge approved stone ballast for patches & top coat duly stacked on road side true to template including dressing surface where materials is to be stacked including cost of materials its cartage octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Stacking of crushed stone dust for consolidation of stone ballast as screening material including octoi royalty, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick inter coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Consolidation of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for 10cm (loose) thick top coat by road roller including hire and fuel charges of road roller excluding cost of stone ballast but including opening out stacks, sorting ballast into different sizes spreading making medhi to retain water also including labour for spraying screening material to be used for blinding purpose and also including cost of carriage of materials & water and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work water for consolidation to be arranged by the contractor himself at his own cost as per direction of Engineerin-charge.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete M-40 Grade paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80mm thick and M-40 grade.

12mm thick plaster with cement and course sand of 2.20 finesess modules mortar in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. Including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing wall with weather coat by premium acrylic exterior paint [email protected] ltr/10 sqm (Asian or Berger Brand) of approved make and quality on wall with two or more coat to give an even shade including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture exteior primer applied @2.2 kg/10 sqm after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign, matters and sand papered smooth including, supply of all materials labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
