M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) over RCC roof surface to receive roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for surface preparation including cleaning the surface , treating of construction joints , filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (cement:sand: approved polymer(asian/beger) for filling cracks up to 3mm use approved crack seal, bigger cracks, damaged potions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar using approved polymer of make Asian/Beger/Dr Fixit.

M&L for applying water proofing treatment to slab area with damp proof ultra, fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of apporoved make(Asian/Berger/Dr Fixit) . It is formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers. Upon curing, it forms a thick, seamless, durable membrane thus offering ultimate water proofing. First do the self priming of smart care damp proof ultra of approved make after completing all necessary surface preparation, coving using approved smart care repair polymer, water pond test, etc complete as per manufacturers specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats with 4-6 hrs intervals between the coats. Ensure that the product is applied at least 6 inches inside the drain pipe. The coating shall have a 350%-400%elongation with tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and must be extended up to 300 mm over the slab area and apply parapet to parapet to envelop the entire biulding. Effectively bridges cracks up to 2.5 mm at 650 microns and provides surface temperature reduction up to 10 degree C. Complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instruction and submit roof water proofing warranty certificate of 8 years from the manufacturer.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified.:-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height ) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely . 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including 50mm PVC pipe and cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout.

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed , nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out (WPC shall be measured and paid separately )

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty

(iv) After drying putty , wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height . The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm . When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per menufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout ( WPC Shall be measured & paid separately)

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test ) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE . Test shall be done in presence pf reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing in inclued in the rates quoted above.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (Black Japan)

(viii) Two nos 50mm bore GI medium grade 600mm long spout shall be provided through external wall to drain out accumulated water.

Material and labour for surface preparation including cleaning the surface , treating of construction joints , filling of honey combs with polymer modified mortar (cement:sand: approved polymer(asian/beger) for filling cracks up to 3mm use approved crack seal, bigger cracks, damaged potions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer modified cement mortars complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Roof treatment by application of non toxic polyurethane modified acrylic based single component (P U Roof Coat) solvent free, cold applied polyurethane modified elastomeric waterprooofing membrane with excellent UV resistant capasity as per ASTM D6083 [a water based 100% acrylic elastomeric emulsion polymer latex coating used as protective coating for roofs] after preparing the surface by cleaning and repairing the roof cracks by cement & sand mortar (1:4), with antishrinkage mortar (to be paid separately) if any, apply two coats along with a priming coat (tow coats of P U Roof Coat and one coat of primer coat compatible with main product as per manufactures specification) and reinforced with 20 gsm Geotextile Fleece, including the cost of primer coat and base preparation, tools & palnts complete as per manufacturer instructions. Manufacturer:- ASIAN/ BERGER/ SHALIMAR. Note:- (i) Application of roof treatment shall be done by the authorized applicator of manufacturer as approved by GE. (ii) Contractor shall be obtained the Gaurantee from the manufacturer for 10 years and submit to the department alongwith the Garuntee as specified in CA.

Supply and applying concrete surface with single component, fibre reinforced shrinkage compensated, polymer modified structural grade repair mortar at a thickness of 40mm. The repair mortar should have a compressive strength 45 N/mm2, flexture strength 7 N/mm2 and tensile strength 2.5 N/mm2 at 28 days and curing the treated surface with polymer based curing agent having moisture retention : <0.55 kg/ sqm as per ASTM C156 Drying time 3 hrs @ 23 degrees. (Make :- FOSROC or Equivalent)

Providing and laying micro concrete up to the required thickness (avg 60mm) as per the drawing by consultant on the designated area to the prepared slurry tight shutteing with proper shear conector and bonding agent where ever necessary, The fluid micro-concrete repair material shall be single component, cement based, micro-concrete to which only the site-addition of clean water (and approved graded coarse aggregates where specified) shall be premitted. The micro concrete shall contain no metallic aggregateds, or chlorides and shall be shrinkage compensated in the plastic state. The micro concrete in the flow able consistency should achieve a compressive strength of 50 N/mm2 after 28 days at 30 C as per BS 4551-80. The unrestrained expansion shall be between 1-4% as per ASTM C827-1987. Again as per BS 4551-80 the flexural strength shall not be less than 5 N/mm@ @ 28 day. The micro concrete shall have a co efficient of thermal expansion 10-12 x 10-6/C & Thermal conductivity 1.5 W/m C the mixed density of micro concrete shall exceed 2100-2200 Kg/M3 at 21C. (Formwork needs to be ready as per RCC Column/Beam before application of epoxy bonding agent and placing micro concrete).

Disconnecting existing tanks 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required connecting and re-fixing in position incl cleaning.
