Dismantling and removal of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling and removal of Brick Masonry work (BW) in Cement Mortar above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within a lead of 100 m including all labour, tools, equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dismantling doors, windows and ventilators etc., (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats, architraves, holdfasts and other attachments etc complete and stacking them within a lead of 100m including all labour, tools,equipments, transport, fuel, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Schedule - B : Improvement & Interior works with other facilities in existing House Flats for Guest House Providing and laying approved colour and quality of Vitrified floor tiles 60 x 60 cm in Cement Mortar 1:3, 20 mm thick. The rate inclusive of cost of tiles, all materials, labour, white cement, conveyance etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Half Brick Masonry wall using chamber burnt bricks in Cement Mortar 1:3 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, three M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) for Partition walls etc., in all floors including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) (One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in all floors up to floor two level of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc.,complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position wooden window of various size in all floor with kongu wooden panelled shutters including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality and including cost and fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nut, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and putup, furniture fittings, primer etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of Wooden panelled door single shutter including cost of hold fasts and applying one coat of wood primer of approved quality, fixing of first quality ISI standard furniture fittings with screws / bolt & nuts, the rate shall include cost of wood, labour for wrought and put up, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying necessary Plumbing pipelines for water inlet and drainage for Wash Basin. Rate includes SINK, Sink Cock, Angle Valve, Bottle trap, waste hose, waste drain & connection hose, Rate also includes all Plumbing fittings. Make - Kohler orGrohe.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing plain Hilux or equivalent board False Ceiling of 10 mm thickness up to a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level including cost of Hilux Board Plain Sheets 10mm thick, labour charges, accessories, conveyance and erection etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting TWO coats with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and colour over New Wall surfaces including one coat of alkalin resistance primer of approved brand so as to give an even shade. Prior to applying the primer, the wall surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of all grease, dirt, loose pieces, scales and make the surface even by applying wall putty and make good of the surface with sand paper etc., The cost including preparing the surface, all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Decorative Wall paneling with 19mm thick BWP- Marine Grade Plywood of good quality (confirming to IS 710 category) finished with designed laminations for making the interior walls (plain walls without any paneled base) in a decorative manner including display set boxes, Open boxes, Low / Height Storages, shelves, beds & cots for all the rooms, furnitures, teapoys, T.V Panels, Beds back drops as per the designs entrance frmae beadings, etc as per the design, models and drawing to be approved etc. The rate inclusive cost of all the materials / items required to the work, labours, painting, polishing wherever required, finishing etc., complete complying with BIS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of all the Electrical Installations for the all the rooms/suites in 3rd & 4th Floors . The electrical works shall comply to IS and relevant electrical standards with proper safety protection. The electrical fixtures shall be aesthetic and matching with interior and also to meet the required standards. Modular switches, MCB's/MCCBs, Well designed lighting fixtures, earthing arrangement to all fixtures, conceled distribution boxes with suitable connectors, etc, separate run off from main distribution box, separate power wiring for air conditioners and other power loads (xerox, etc), UPS supply wiring to all fixtures, emergency change over arrangements, etc wiring works for CCTV system, 2 & 4 digit Intercom, telephone lines, T.V cables, LAN wire, calling bell,emergency lamp wiring, Internal Fire alarming arrangments and all other accessories. The cost including supply & fixing of all the required materials for complete electrical works, labour, transport etc. Complete works complying to Electrical Standards / provisions and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing of Air conditioner in all the 3rd & 4th Floor rooms, wherever necessay including design with detailed analysis on heat load and other parameters. The Air conditioners shall be aesthetically designed with good energy efficiency. The air conditioner's condenser and evaporator shall be of copper and the air conditioners shall be energy efficient (inverter). All the basic features including remote settings shall be made available. The air conditioners shall be supplied and installed with all necessary accessories (stand, connecting tube, extendable copper tubes, interconnecting wiring arrangement, drain tubes, insulation materials, etc). The cost including for all the required materials for complete electrical works, duct/drainage arrangements, fitting charges, labour, transport etc. Complete complying with Standard Electrical provisions system and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing and fixing of Air conditioner in the 4th Floor Suites including design with detailed analysis on heat load and other parameters. The Air conditioners shall be aesthetically designed with good energy efficiency.
