Supply of 4000 Amperes Air Circuit Breaker (ACB), with Microprocessor based release, Triple pole, Manual Draw out type,415V AC for Bus Coupler Make-C&S/L&T/Schneider/DJB Approved
Dismantling the old Bus Coupler ACB of 4000A complete with cradle, complete housing after disconnecting the Bus Duct/ main Bus Bars Joints and other connecting to Discharge the ACB after taking proper shut down of the L.T. Penal and making current proof by the help of earthing discharge rod.
Fixing the new ACB of 4000 A in the existing panel with cradle / housing in the chamber including base support for mounting the ACB with supply of required material and complete work/ modification as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle / ACB as required .
Dismantling the existing bus bars connections of Bus coupler ACB and the bus duct. Making the provisions for the incoming connections of ACB by rearrangement / modification / extension / addition of bus bar lengths in aluminum construction of suitable cross section as required for retrofitting of ACB and making the joins of the new 4000 Amp ACB and bus Duct including bending / cutting /shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of material and other consumable as per site requirement.
Dismantling the existing bus bars connection of Bus coupler ACB and the main bus bars of L T panel. making the provision for the outgoing connections of ACB by rearrangement / modification / extension / addition of bus bar lengths in aluminum construction of suitable cross section as required for making the joints of the new 4000 AMP and main bus bars of L T panel including bending / cutting / shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of material and consumable as per site requirement.
Dismantling the old door of the ACB chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabrication in CRCA sheet complete of suitable size with suitable cut out for the new ACB operation and complete with painted through powder coating and complete other accessories like , hinges etc. as required .
Testing & commissioning of the newly 4000 A ACB complete with calibration of ACB as per requirement and testing of operation/ bus coupling operations.
