M&L for preparation(complete removal of existing treatment) of old decorated external wall/ceiling surface of existing treatment by scrapping with Trucare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sand pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over priming coat premium quality on wall/ceiling surface including applying 2mm thick wall care putty over disturbed surface during preparation of any reason, sand papering thus make surface smooth upto 4th storey buildings complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick,concrete or stone surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for opening / taking out of injector of DG set of any type/make and capacity 200 KVA disconnection and opening of fuel injector assembly, carrying complete overhauling/servicing fuel injection system with including replacement of injector repair kit ,including calibration of injector, checking of pressure complete for each injector and re-assembling the same, fitted with DG set properly in original location, checking the allignment, making proper fuel connection, testing for smooth opreatio complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of Transformer oil by dehydrating machine incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration and replacement of silica gel all as specified and as directed NOTE:- Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost to the dept. Test report to be submitted after completion of job. (Transformer 415 KVA)

Supply & Filling /pouring of up to the appropriate level Transformer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed :- NOTE:- Dielectric strength test shall be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge on the site

M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of transformer by isolating ,disconnecting of input/output ,supply cable, opening of top of transformer, detecting of fault ,u/s component, cleaning of serviceable parts/ component ,including replacement of worn out spare parts, finding of oil leakage & sealing it by oil seal or gas welding etc if any all as specified and as directed. (Transformer 415 KVA)

Taking out VCB trolley from HT control panel 11 KV 3 phase 800 Amp , Breaking capacity 20kA (Make :- crompton greaves) and cleaning the trolley with CRC removing all dust , carbon etc greasing the mechanical parts gears ,lever charging male female contacts and spring holders all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sevicing of VCB panel & calibration of numerical relay as per existing load for earth fault , over current and short circuit ,including setting the relay on required electric load and testing on earth fault and short circuit and over load with the help of relay testing kit complete in all respect all as specified and as directed.
