Cutting of new top cover plate of 3mm thickness and appropriate size of different size, and shape of transformer tank and making all the surface smooth and spike less

Making 3mm holes on the top cover and flange uniformly at a gap of approximating 9cm all over the preferring

Making a hole of size on the top cover at either side of the top cover depending upon the design of the transformer and supplying and welding of U-shape take of 20-mm dia and 280-mm lenth and 2-mm thickness.

Making threads at the free end of the U-shape tube to enable to fix silica gel breather

Bringing the de-shaped tanks into proper shape as better as possible by applying pressure and hammering

Welding of the damaged tank and repairing/welding of damaged radiators.
