Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to all floors. Including carriage of Bricks In cement mortar 1cement: 6 fine sand mortars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Silver wood.

P/F Hi rib profiled Pre-colour coated sheets of eco-friendly colour comprising 0.50mm thick class III sheets fixed to supporting structure with screws/ 5 mm bolts covered with caps, excluding cost of supporting structures, all complete.

Providing 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (M-20) (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundations, plinths, plinth beams, lintels, suspended floor, roofs, beams, landings, columns, pillars etc complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering , finishing and reinforcement including cost and carriages of all material involved upto site complete. Providing and fixing of 12mm thick ply for wall lining, ceiling, soffits etc including nails and screws all complete.

Providing and fixing of 12mm thick imported wooden paneling (T&G) including cost of 12mm thick ply wood base, touch wood polishing and nails etc all complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

Providing and laying in position vitrified floor tiles (600x600) premium quality in floors of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing of paneled and paneled glazed shutters for doors/ windows/ clerestory windows 32mm thick using 10kg/ sqm including 3.5mm thick glass panes fixed with M. S. butt hinges of Silver wood.

Providing and fixing of mount Kitchen cabnit 2’-0” deep of approved design & make including shutters, partitioning with 19mm thick (water proof) ply board & back covering with 6mm water proof ply board and finishing with dulmica including all locking arrangements and hydraulic hinges of approved brand as per the directions of site Engineer.
