Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above,the starting point complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each-other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manually or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable protection GI tubing fix in repair light grade fixed along the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for cross arms in replacement , bracing, supports, clamps and brick plates, fabricated from structural steel section including nut bolts washers including welding ,bending , cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide all specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of vertical switch air break gang operated switch tripple pole mechanically operating mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps and working pressure of 11000 volts grade consisting of 4 insulator per pole with 20mm dia GI medium grade operating handle and locking arrangements fixed with down rod operating brackets all specfied & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of vertical switch air break gang operated switch tripple pole mechanically operating mounted on insulator and steel frame with operting mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 400 Amps and working pressure of 11000 volts grade consisting of 4 insulator per pole with 20mm dia GI medium grade operating handle and locking arrangements fixed with down rod operating brackets all specfied & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement underground XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed galvanised (E) steel strip or wire armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (E) grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (partII) 1985 with the latest ammendment, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes/in floor/road/along the pole etc all as sdpecified & directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item No.12 above but of size 120 Sqmm 3 core.

All as per item No.12 above but of size 95 Sqmm 3 core.

Repair/servicing of existing GOD and decarbonized , proper function mechanism device fixed to nut bolt and use petrolium gel, proper jumpering with P-G clamp and replacement of u/s parts of the GOD Note :- Replacement of items like PG clamp, Insulater, Male, Female link etc and conductor will be measured and paid saperately.

S & F in replacement of post insulators with necessary nut bolts and accessories complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement HT fix link with tenson spring assembly with brass tinned contact for 11000 volt GOD all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and errecting in replacement true vertical position prestressed concrete poles 11 metre long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class - 9 including painting of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed to match the existing poles. Note :- excavation and earth work shall be masurered and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for replacement of stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length, fixed to pole with and including FI clamps 50 x 6 mm, bolt, nuts washers, GI stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long, stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, loop insulator of size 90 x 140mm clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 on Page No 495 compelete all as specified and directed.

Labour for cutting the tree branches passing near the HT /LT OH line of width/ girth not more than 30cm upto 3 meter distance from adjacent pole or four/two pole structure all as specified and directed by EIC. Note ;- (i) Each span having 50 mtr distance approximately (ii) All cutting branches of trees shall be thrown away /burnt at approximately 200 to 500 mtr away from site. (iii) Cutting the tree branches as when required after intimating by telephonically /whats app msg or letter .Failling which Rs 100/per day will be levied on the contractors as penality. (iv) Transport shall be provided by contractor to thrown away the branches. No amount shall be paid seperately for transport. All rates are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

M & L lightening arrestor in replacement expulsion type for out door use complete with all fittings discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including bracket, clamps, nuts, bolts washers and connection to each wire complete all as specified. Make-makes specified in appendix 'B' section-II.

Supply in replacement ACSR conductor including stretching on OH line including binding on insulators with aluminium binding wire including jumpers and jointing all specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductor drawn for OH lines is to be measured by measuring tant horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductor of that size and length and 3 % extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers and binding etc. (ii) Weight of conductor shall be calculated from tables given in the relevant I.S.

M & L for fault detection in damaged UG cable by using cable fault detector / locator vech mounted to a accuracy of 2 mtr for various location at tibri mil stn of any size and type upto 11KV incl the following in quoted rate all as directed and specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (i) The fault should done by 2 days of time frame after informed to the contractor / contractor REP by telephonically /whats app msg or letter .Failling which Rs 3000/per day will be levied on the contractors as penality.( ii) After locating the fault the rectification of the fault is the responsiblity at the contractor (iii) The cable straight through joint /end termination will be measures and paid seperately in relevent items of contract.

Restreching of existing ACSR conductor of any size any type as required sag fixed on OH line & insulators/cross Arms on poles properly binding with aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement GI steel earth wire continuity conductor, HT poles /cradles of different shapes of size 4mm dia all complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement for termination in door type heat shrinkable jointing kit suitable for 11KV cable 50 to 95 sqmm, 3 core all complete as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for opening, dismantling the transformer 50 KVA to 100( incl 100KVA capacity of transformer) KVA by lifting the top cover taking out the HT/LT core and draining out the transformer oil in clean barrel including cleaning the transformer chamber (body) inside and outside thoroughly with emery paper and cloth then checking then checking the winding and other worn-out parts such as HT/LT coils silicon stamping and other connected items as Tap changer, breather assembly etc and replacement of HT and LT coil winding with DPC enameled copper/aluminum wire/strip of adequate size, gauge and number of turn complete and connected to existing serviceable strip by jointing with soldering and reinsulation of cotton tape over strip including using insulating material like varnish to limb coil fire proof type and sleeves etc by drying and baking of insulating material in heating chamber in adequate temperature. Reassembling the transformer LT/HT connection complete. Testing of transformer after reassembly complete on No load at workshop and on load at site including painting to the transformer with super enameled paint all as specified and directed. Note:(i) unserviceable transformer should be rewinding in workshop within 09 days time frame on reaching at the transformer in workshop .falling which 1000/- day will be levied to the contractor as a penality.(ii) HT/LT coils and other connected items shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Transport shall be provided by contractor to left the transformer at site from workshop after repair the transformer at his own cost . No amount shall be paid seperately for transport. All rates are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

M & L in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vetreous white brown or green including one galvanised metal steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nuts 150mm height and 150 mm dia 11000 volt grade all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement disc type insulator porcelein vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white/brown or green single disc assemblely for 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydratin and filteration of transformer oil at site by using dehydration machine and fiteration to be carried out till the time the dielectric strength achieved to min 40 KV complete all as specified and directed. Note : The transformer dehydration machine shall be arrange/brought by contractor at site no extra amount paid to the contractor.

Material and labour for toping up of the transformer and new with T/Oil having dielectric strength not less than 40 KV. Make - Poweroil/Savita/Transol or equivalent makes as specified in Appx 'B'

Material & labour for painting to panels & feeder pillar box, any sizes, installed at 66 KV Sub Stn with two coats of super enamelled paint of approved colour with spray painting machine including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labourfor painting to transformer rating 50 KVA and 500 KVA, out door type installed at diffrent Sub Stn including mounting channels and connected accessories with two coats of super enamelled paint of approved colour spray painting machine including preparation of the surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement of brass nut bolt washers off sizes as per samples for HT/LT SIDE OF TRANSFORMERS AND END TERMINATORS

Repair & replacement of Current Transformer moulded in epoxy compound with dual ratio 30/15/5/5 Amps complite connection with Auto wire 2.5 sqmm including beading as per existing in VCB at site all as per specified and directed by Engneer- in - Charge. (Note-: Circuit diagram will be produce after fixing the CT in VCB at site.

All as per Ser Item No 91 but ratio 50/10/5/5 Amps.

M&L for fault detection in VCB control pannel capacitor bank at MRS 66 KV & DISCONNECTED of HT CONNECTION & DC connection from existing bus bar carefully and other parts carefully incl taking down the VCB trolly compl & disconnect the male/female contacts & clean the bushbar with carbon tetra chloride liquid throughly bushbar spout trolly spout applying a one coat of 11 KV insulation quoting as per sample onbushbar,spouts & other connected parts and rectified the fault by repair or replacement by spare parts and reassembling the same reconnecting the HT & dc connection compl in functional order incl testing on existing load all as specified & directed NOTE (i) The fault should be done by 3 hrs of time frame after intimated by telephonically /whats app msg or letter .Failling which Rs 2000/per day will be levied on the contractors as penality. (ii) COST of spares parts relay ,auxillary ,triping coil ,etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Suppy in replacement the existing U/S auto battery charger suitable for charging of 12V/24 V/36V batteries all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed single core Aluminium unarmoured of 11000 Volts grade cable for using as a jumber in HT overhead line whereever required of size 90 sqmm all as directec by engineer in charge

Supply and fix in replacement of tap changer for adjusting the voltage with brass parts as per sample of existing for indoor/ outdoor type transformer 50 KVA To 100 KVA all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 66/11KV sub station equipment complete all as specified and directed and testing by Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) authorised personal:- (a) Transformer 66/11 KV 8 MVA - 01 No (b) Transformer 66/11KV 5 MVA - 01 No (c) 66 KV SF-6 based Breakers 02 Nos (d) VCBs / OCBs- 12 Nos and any other relevant HT equipment. Notes:- (a) Checking of 11 KV functioning of all the tripping system / relay displayed on the control relay panel - such as differential O/C, earth fault, metering circuits and all othe protection from transformer - oil temp, trip, OLTC trip, winding temp gauge trip, bucholz relay, inter trip etc calibration of all the relays complete for time observed with respect to time set primary injection of all the CTs (Periodicity of testing half yearly). Deposite the charges levied / charged by the PSPCL authority for calibration / checking the protection system of 66 KV system all as directed. (b) Greasing / oiling of all the moving parts (c) Operation / working of charging motor and limit switch (d) Any part / spares found defective during testing shall be repared / replaced for which payment shall be made separately against respective items of Sch 'A' (e) Test sheet shall be prepared as specified and made part of RARs & final Bill. (f) The equipments shall be tested twice, 1st test will be carried out within two months from the date of commencement of contract and second test after six months from the 1st test. Payment shall be released on receipt of results/reports from PSPCL
