M&L for scratch free vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm ,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC prelam sheet wall paneling of thickness 5mm consisting of panels having any size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelam PVC sheet of 600 Kg/cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should have in their centre a groove of 6mm width and 1mm depth of sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10” between two PVC strip. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long M.S screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fastners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joints of two panel for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of grid may vary depending on the size of wall. Optionally a strip of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm feathered at edges shall be struck at the places where two panels are jointed, using solvent including dismantling of old wooden boarding complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 12mm thick Frosted Toughned Glass fixed on patch hinges/pivot for smooth functioning in fixed windows/door shutter/partitions including necessary fittings like fixed locking clips,stainless steel handle of 8 inches long and mortice locking arrangement including logo/ Art symbol if required complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for (in repairs) washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scatching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including scaffolding & height upto 25 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately.

Forming groove of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed of the Engineer-in-charge.
