Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M/L for brick work with kiln burnt bricks built in cm (1:4) using sub class 'B' bricks of compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/Sqcm straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius with old size bricks all shown on drawing and as specified.

M & L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) but except bricks (Brick shall be obtained from demolition. Unit rate for cleaning of old bricks shall be included in this item) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for walling of random rub-ble, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

ditto- as above item No. 4 but except stone and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for raised pointing to RR masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M/L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of bricks or concrete surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels, drains and manhole foundation etc.complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in copings, kerbs, channels, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed chamfered necessary for work complete all as specified and directed

M&L, for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, hard standing finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M&L chequered tiles (Cement) 30cm X 30cm x 25mm set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light trafic parking etc of required strenth made of table vibratory method using pu mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embeding /laying of interlocking paver block into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joint with sand and cutting paver block s as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in filling and mass concrete, Sub base/flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone agg as in coping on side of path including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m as directed by the Engineer in Charge. (Reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
