NOTE : The spares/electrical items as listed in below vide item No. 1.01 to 1.09 will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AMF panel for 250 KVA DG set. 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts out door type of adequate size, factory made floor mounting dust and vermin proof, cubical type LT AMF panel fabricated from 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and 2.0mm for inner shell, with angle iron frame of size 50x50x5mm, double door, front and back openable type, double door system, hinged opening, rubber lining,locking arrangement, with anticorrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester power coating with pure polyester Siemens grey structural RAL-7032 shade protection class IP-54 fully compartmentalize design with 4 nos of bus bar made of copper of ETP grade suitable for 200 Amps pre-wired with suitable size of copper strip not less than 25x6mm for each phase and neutral with colour code for connecting out going MCCB/ MCB's, including suitable aluminium earth strips conforming to IS with danger notice plate, necessary cable glands, cable connection with proper lugs PCC foundation and pedestal for fixing piller feeder box / LT Panel with PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 15cm thick in foundation, brick (Fly ash)/ PCC block work in CM (1:6), rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on exposed surface and 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. Supply only maintenanace free sealed batteries, 2 Volt 150 AH including filling of acid-55 Nos including testing and commissioning of battery input 230V AC 50C/S complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F OFF Load change over switch in sheet enclosure of current rating 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts fixed as in repairs including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : Havells/L&T/ABB.

S&F OFF Load change over switch in sheet enclosure of current rating 630 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts fixed in repairs including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : Havells/L&T/ABB.

S&F 12 core PVC insulated copper conductor (unsheathed) flexible cables of size 1.5 sq.mm, 1100 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of cubical housing cabinet type LT panel board, Out door type, platform mounted factory made, of adequate size, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side, made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS sheet of overall and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work, having front and rear hinged doors, Gl earthing strips at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts, spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply powder coated paint (RAL-7032). The panel should be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size and necessary foundation work in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed with comprising of the following:-

Taking down / out unserviceable or serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including bricks, GI pipes, etc. of any descriptions, laid in trenches and /or fixing with walls /poles including segregating of serviceable materials viz bricks, cables, GI pipes, etc. and kept in safe custody for re-use complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary Earth Work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant Items here-in-after.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and not exc. 1.50m in depth for foundation, cables, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid.

S&F sub-class 'B' bricks, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old serviceable bricks perpendicular to UG cable over the dry sand cushioning, for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Old serviceable bricks obtained from taking down shall be re-used.

M&L for laying cable in trenches or passing through pipe/ on wall, XLPE insulated, heavy duty, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric LT cable with stranded aluminium conductor for 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 sq.mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No. 22 here-in-before but 120 sq.mm 3.5 core XLPE cable.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for road, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Labour only for horizontal boring for passing protection pipe up to 80mm bore under road / foot path not exc. 10m in a single length complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Pipe shall be measured separately.

S&F as in repairs 50mm high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) of pressure rating 6kgf/cm² fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25m below ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead means of nut, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 40mm dia GI pipe, "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including PCC Pit in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450x450x50mm in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, GI wire mesh, funnel, galvanised iron watering pipe 20mm bore (dia), medium grade, including necessary excavation in soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus soil upto a distance of 50m and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion including taking down unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and as directed.
