Supply ,Installation ,Testing and commissioning of fully automatic pannel of reputed make as per relevent specification for centrifugal pump made out of 16 gauge sheet power coated dust and veremin proof wall mounted and front opering floor type switch board with copper insulated wiring suitable to operate 2 Nos pump of rating 60 HP (2 set) automatically through variable Frequancy drive starter. Starter should be capable to handle all the faults like short circuit over current, under current, over voltage ,under voltagedry pump protection .It should get on and off command automaticaly from PLC and HMI.Monitoring and controlling of pump running and tripping status should be monitored and controlled remotely through IOT enabled device.Access should be given to 3 users components with in all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer- in- charge. including following items.

Energy saving Variable Frequancy starter of 60 HP heavy duty for smooth start and smooth stop of pumps and for the energy conservation in the system. It should be capable to control the frequency of pump through out the operation and also should be capable to maintain the power factor of the system with in acceptable limits. It should have ambient yemprature 50degree without derating and have conformal coating class 3C2,so that it can work in any harsh environment like moisture etc. with in all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Electrical logic to Operate 2Motors with on e starter along with multi function meter indicating different parameters like current, Voltage KWH,PF,THD etc with Rs 485 communication three phase indicating lamps complete with logged three phase indicating lamps complete with logged switches for individual motors conforming to BIS 3452 (Part I&II) latest with up to date ammendments with in all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge.

Main incommerMCCB suitable capacity of L&T/Schniedermakeon the coming feeder for pumping set confirming to BIS 2516-1985 (Latest addition) with natural linked under voltage release.

Input Chock for 60HP energing saving variable frequency starter which should be installed at the input of Energy saving variable frequency starter , so that there should be proper protection in case of any voltage surge and distortions in single .
