Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris out side MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and backing coat of any thickness and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut in floors, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, in skirting/ dado etc. vertical surfaces laid over cement screed, and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 10mm thick backing coat (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per item No 6 but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Marble work (Baroda Green) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, window cills, cooking platforms, flooring and like in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade other than white and black over 15 mm thick Screed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Marble work (Makrana white) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, flooring and like in CM(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade other than white and black over 15 mm thick Screed in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 50mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in flooring and similar works, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular), shade as approved by GE, polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 Sqm

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm

Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile 0.09sqm , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement plaster 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 14 here-in-before but area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm

S&F mosaic tiles of 300x300mm, colour as approved, set, jointed and pointed in appropriate epoxy or cement tile adhesive in vertical or horizontal surfaces including 15mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 600mm x 7 to 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but size of tiles are 450X 300X 7mm

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. at any position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of bricks work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) as on walls , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of bricks work/concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth(without using extra cement) as on walls, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L 1mm thick Birla white/JK white putty over a coat of primer to the newly plasterd surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on walls after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bond distemper on ceiling surfaces after preparation of newly plastered surfaces over a coat of white primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L two coat of Apex Paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint over old/ newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparing surfaces after complete removal of existing treatment , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes for item No 19 to 27 :- The plaster work shall have to carry out upto any height (height upto 15Mtr) and in paches. The contractor shall have no claim of the height and including scaffolding, ladder and for necessary safety arrangement etc. for complete the work.

E/M Portion:- Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes foundations of poles/stays/pipes etc .not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing in replacement & testing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC tape PVC sheathed 16 Sqmm aluminium solid conductor 4 core nominal cross section laid in trenches/fixed to walls/ passing under the roads in existing pipes etc including takind down old UNSV cable complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing in replacement & testing 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable PVC tape PVC sheathed 10 Sqmm aluminium solid conductor 2 core nominal cross section laid in trenches/fixed to walls/ passing under the roads in existing pipes etc including takind down old UNSV cable complete all as specefied and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 77/63 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS14930 (Pt-II)/IS16205 Pt-II for protection of LT cable in under ground , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
