Draining of reactor oil from main tank of reactor to empty 20 KL oil tank. All manpower, material and T&P will be provided by firm for proper completion of work.
Complete evacuation of 765 KV, 110 MVAR R-phase Anpara-C reactor main tank and filling dry nitrogen with dew point-50ºC or better in vacuum upto pressure of 0.25kg/cm² and then again evacuating the reactor tank after required time interval (approx. 12-24 Hrs.) using centrifuging machine the works shall include measuring of dew point values of nitrogen after every cycle till the required value is achieved.
Centrifuging of Reactor oil in 20 KL oil tank at 765 KV S/S Unnao. With help of High vacuum centrifuging plant at site. Taking the PPM & BDV value of reactor oil at an interval of 04 Hrs. as per norms till the desired value of PPM & BDV are obtained. The works includes testing of reactor oil sample from certified lab. All manpower, material and T&P will be provided by firm for proper completion of work.
Providing and replacement of old and damaged gaskets and O-rings with new standard T-elbows make rubberized cork sheet at 765 KV, 110 MVAR R-phase Anpara-C line reactor including dismantling and reassembling of reactor parts and cost of gaskets :-
Replacement of old and damaged gaskets involving the work of opening the nut and bolts of top cover plate, lifting the top cover, cleaning the old and damaged gaskets and its removal from surface by scrapping and cleaning the top cover surface. Placing new 16mm thick rubberized cork sheet, jointing and punching the hole fitting of top surface, fitting the top cover and tightening the nut and bolts for proper completion of works.
Replacement of HV bushing gasket along with its turret gasket.
Replacement of Neutral bushing gasket alongwith its turret gasket.
Replacement of gasket of inspection covers.
Replacement of gasket of Buchholz Relay.
Replacement of gasket of PRV
Replacement of 1” diameter pipe line gaskets
Replacement of oil circulating main pipe line gaskets
Replacement of sampling/draining gaskets inspection covers.
Filling of centrifuged reactor oil under vacuum in reactor main tank.
Dismantling of emulsifire system and erection of same after replacement of gasket as required.
