Repairs/rectification of leakages of rising main at various WSSs of Sub-Division Budgam

W/S/S Chattergam 2nd . Repairs to 200 mm dia GI rising main laid along the Karlipora Chattergam main road by way of:- a) Earth work excavation at leaking spots. The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour/ JCB whichever is feasible at site. b) Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages c) Repairs by way of P/F of fresh rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts. The job includes welding of cracked pipes / flanges wherever necessary by arrangement of welding DG set with allied cable, tools, and tackles shifted to site, with least in convince to general public and movement of traffic. d) Refilling of trenches along the brim/allied parts of the road after necessary repairs as per site requirement. e) Testing of repaired joints after repairs. f) Excavation = 3’x3’x3’ = 27cubic ft =0.76 cum x 5 spots = 3.82 cum

W/S/S Kunzwera. Repairs to 125 mm dia GI rising main laid along the Khedermoh Pulwama main road by way of:- a) Earth work excavation at leaking spots. The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour/ JCB whichever is feasible at site. b) Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages c) Repairs by way of P/F of fresh rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts. The job includes welding of cracked pipes / flanges wherever necessary by arrangement of welding DG set with allied cable, tools, and tackles shifted to site, with least in convince to general public and movement of traffic. d) Refilling of trenches along the brim/allied parts of the road after necessary repairs as per site requirement. e) Testing of repaired joints after repairs. f) Excavation = 4’x4’x4’ = 64cubic ft =1.81cum x 2 spots = 3.62 cum

W/S/S Ichgam Budgam . Repairs to 100 mm dia GI rising main laid along by way of:- a) Earth work excavation at leaking spots. The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour/ JCB whichever is feasible at site. Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages b) Refilling of trenches along the brim/allied parts of the road after necessary repairs by means of welding etc as per site requirement. c) Testing of repaired joints after repairs. f) Excavation = 2.5’x2.5’x2.5’= 15.62cubic ft =0.44cum x 6spots = 2.65 cum

Providing & fitting of Rubber gaskets of size 65mm, 80mm, 100mm & 125mm (01 dozen each) for various water supply schemes as periodic maintenance.

The job includes cost on account of tools, tackles, skilled labour/ JCB/ Hammer drilling whichever is feasible at site. b) Inspection of leaking spots to assess the cause and extent of damages c) Repairs by way of P/F of fresh rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts. The job includes welding of cracked pipes /flanges wherever necessary by arrangement of welding DG set/ power generator with allied cable, tools, and tackles shifted to site, with least in convince to general public and movement of traffic. d) Excavation = 5ft x 5ft x7ft = 176 cubic ft =4.95cum x 2 spots = 9.91 cum e) Refilling of trenches along the brim/allied parts of the road after necessary repairs as per site requirement. f) Testing of repaired joints after repairs.

W/S/S Ganie Mohalla . Repairs to 80mm dia G.I column pipe of well at water supply scheme Ganie mohalla by way of dismantling / fabrication welding & lowering of 80mm dia G.I pipe which has to be shifted from water supply scheme Sheikhpora well no 07 in a private load carrier the job also includes providing & fitting of :- a) Shifting of 80mm pipe from water supply scheme sheikhpora to water supply scheme Ganie mohalla in a private vehicle . b) Providing and fitting of 80 mm dia flanges to the pipe (03 nos). c) Providing and fitting of rubber gaskets 80 mm (03 Nos). d) Providing and fitting of 16 mm sq. sub. Copper cable (12 mtrs) . The job also includes the cutting / welding charges on a/c of fabrication of pipes / bends etc. After completion of the job the water supply scheme needs tested on full load all tools and tackles required for completion of the job shall be the provided by the contractor
