Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 08 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm, depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications preading in uniform thickness, hand, picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting of the required density, (Rate is inclusive of all materials, labours, machineries etc.)

Sub- base with stone aggregate 90 mm to 45 mm including stone screening 13.20 mm.

Sub- base with stone aggregate 63 mm to 45 mm including stone screening 13.20 mm.

Sub- base with stone aggregate 53 mm to 11.2 mm including stone screening 11.20 mm.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bituman of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size respectively pre 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a lack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete, ( Use shredded plastic @ 10 % of total bitumen i.e 90 % VG - 30 & 10 % shreadded plastic).

With paying Asphalt grade VG- 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve)with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG-10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, inclulding rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth. 1.5.m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m , as directed by Engineer- in - charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains ( not exceeding 1.5.m in width or 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the of excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone -III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone -III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc.for mass concrete
