Taking down ceiling fan of any size , dismantling blades and removing fan for depositing in MES Store Yard complete all as specified and directed .

S&F ceilng fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator of wattage 120 watt & shall be compatible with BLDC Fan and accessories 28-32 watt, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current mortor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed

S&F exhaust fan, steel body, heavy duty, 300mm sweep, 900RPM, 240 Volt, AC with blades,frame,louvers, mounting ring, MS rag bolts, nuts, washers etc and connected from ceiling rose/connector with and including suitable size flexible copper conductor PVC insulated sheathed cord complete all as specified and directed .

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable(ISI marked) 1100 volts grade FRLSH with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through concealed / surface in wall / roof/ceiling surface and its accessories on the surface etc including PVC rigid concealed conduit of suitable size with all accessories such as bend, reducers, MS hooks including modular galvanised flush boxes of suitable size and white cover plate with frame as per relevant IS for mounting modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH stranded copper conductor unsheathed, insulated, stranded connected to common earth point dolly for one light point/fan point/call bell point, 230 volts controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS specifications.

S&F modular type switch 6 Amps, one way ,1 module complete all as specified and directed .

S&F ceiling rose, surface backelite, three terminal, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cutting wall of any thickness for making round shape hole suitable for fixing 300mm sweep exhaust fan and making good the surface to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
