Road Work Jungle clearance including uprooting of rank vegigatios, grass, wood, trees and supling of grit upto 30 cm. measured at a hight of 1 m. above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 M. out site of peryphery of area cleared. S.I.No.259(A).

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment/Patri with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MORT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Construction of Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 5 K.M. distance all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, Spreading & Compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at O.M.C. in machenical mix plant carriege of mixed material by tipper to site, lating in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MoRT&H clause 406 & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For Bitumenous Surface).

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain M-40 grade cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Concrete paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602.

Sand Filling in Wells complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Drainage Work (Cuvlerts & Minor Bridge) Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. as per Drawing and Technical Specifications No. 12.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per PD Spcification no. 4.1.8

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per PD Spcification no. 6.1.1

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification no. 13.1

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-15) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications No. 12.8.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete M-30 in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification (14.1).

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 14.2

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1.5:3 in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.

M.S. (Sail steel) in plain work such as RCC work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage, bends, hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire.

12mm thick Cement plaster in 1:4 in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive. As per PD Spcification no. 13.4.1

Flush Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 3 Coarse Sand). As per PD Spcification no. 578(A).

Supply and laying & fixing of 1000mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 600mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Supply and laying & fixing of 350mm dia NP-3 Hume Pipe in proper alignment, joint filling and slopes etc. Complete as dwawing and technical specification.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-30) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. 12.8 G Case-II

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification 13.90

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification 13.10

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification 14.10

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications 14.6

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 13.8

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification 14.9

Providing and laying a burried expansion joint, expansion gap being 20 mm, covered with 12 mm thick, 200 mm wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS: 2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm dia. 100 mm long galvanised nails spaced 300 mm c/c along the centre line of the plate, all as specified in clause 2604 as per drawing and Technical specification 14.17

Dewatering of water from foundations etc including hire charges of pump, labour & T&P complete

Dismantling brick work or stone work including in cement or lime mortar and including dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet). As pr PWD Spcification no 692.
