Overhauling of Ash slurry pump Model: - Centrifugal 48 meter head , 150 KW - charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges -

Releasing of ash choking from slurry pump suction mouth inside ash slurry sump charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges

Inspection of ash slurry pump internal parts for any abnormality and adjusting the front end clearance of the impeller - charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacement / overhauling the worn out 300/250/ 200 NB plate/gate/butterfly/ NRV valves - charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges

Overhauling of 1.0m to 1.8m height slide gate in ash slurry trenches charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges.

Charges for replacement / overhauling the worn out 200/150/ 100/ NB plate/gate/butterfly/ NRV valves - charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges.

Providing flushing water arrangement for releasing ash choke in the slurry disposal line- by providing dummy at the required places and feeding of flushing water, - charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges.

Charges for arresting sea water leakage due to puncture in sea water pipe line and fittings by patch up welding. including cost of M.S welding electrode and T&P hire charges

Charges for breaking and removal of hard rocky, clinkers, boulders, scrap, cut bit pipes, wooden pieces, cotton waste, empty gunny bags and other debris, from unit – I,II & III BAH, ESP, APH and ECO hoppers out let slurry trenches to ash slurry pump house

Charges for dismantling the worn out 250NB Alloy cast iron wall insert piece and fixing the piece inside the ash slurry sluice sump including cost of transportation, consumables and T & P hire charges

Charges for dismantling the worn out 250 NB Alloy cast iron 900 Bend and fixing the new 250 NB Bend inside the ash slurry sluice sump including cost of transportation, consumables and T & P hire charges

Charges for dismantling the worn out 250 NB Alloy cast iron Tail Piece and fixing the new 250 NB Tail Piece inside the ash slurry sluice sump including cost of transportation, consumables and T & P hire charges

Cleaning and painting the equipments, pipe lines, valves and steel structures with two coat of enamel paint, including cost of paint, consumables, painting brush and cotton waste.

Charges for cleaning of ash slurry pumps, seal water pumps, pipe lines, valves, supports, and ash slurry trench strainer collecting and removing the deposited as debris due to leak / drains in and around ash slurry pump house area of unit –I,II & III including arresting leak by providing by clamping including cost of consumable, T & P hire charges

Overhauling of multistage seal water pump of model: 7MD - 100/250 - 7 stage horizontal centrifugal pump capacity 45 m3/hr, Head:135 meter charges inclusive cost of consumable, T&P hire charges
