REPAIR AND MAINTANCE TO FLOOR, PLASTERING, JOINERY, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTING ETC AT BAKLOH CANTT UNDER AGE(I) DALHOUSIE(2nd Call)

M&L for Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM (1:6) etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. including dismentling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350 mm x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3, including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including demolation of existing granite/tiles including cement mortar beding complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting , rounding of edges and mirror polishing, of granite /marble/kota stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path etc laid in alternate bays not exc 3 m in length, and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement, including demolation of existing plinth protection, path etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with old size burnt fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 all as specified and Including demolition of stone, brick masonry built in cement mortar incl quoins, arches, etc but exceeding ashlar facing dressed stone Work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for walling of random rubble stone masonry uncoarsed, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.including Demolition of brick work or stonework or precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling ,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick (in two layer of 10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete/stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Necessary additional dubbing if required will be done by contractor and nothing extra cost is admissible in this account.
