De-watering, removing of all mosses, algae and dirt/ sludge from internal walls, floors and mouths of pipes of RCC/ PVC overhead tank (Service tanks) of capacity not exceeding above 500 litres located on top of the building/ staging cleaning with bleaching powder and spraying of eco-friendly anti bacterial agent H2O2 or equivalent and foam cleaning for sticky/ oil stains inside the tank including one coat of white wash to the external surfaces of the RCC tanks after completion of cleaning process and writing the date of cleaning using stencil on outside of tank using synthetic enamel paint of white colour over black background with letters of size 100mm height x 50mm breadth including complete removal of existing letters and back ground painting including necessary preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) All T&P including ladders etc necessary in execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof is included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) All safety mesures for the workers engaged should be provided during the execution of work

Note :- (i) All T&P including ladder of different size, water pump for drain the remaining water from the UG sump etc necessary in execution of work shall be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof is included in the quoted rate of this item.
