Concrete with 4 cm (1½") gauge brick ballast and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floors, including suply of all material, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. S.I.-273

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. mortar in foundation plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. S.I.305-NS

12 mm cement plaster in 1:4 cement & coarse sand in single coat on fail side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering including arises, interior rounded angles cambers and rounded angles not exceedng 80mm in grith and finish even and smooth SI. No. 13.4

Plane cement concrete with 2 cm. guage approved stone ballst approved coarse sand and cement to the proportion of 4:2:1 including all labour material and T&P complete etc. as per S.I.No. 279 (a)

Providing and laying polythene 125 microne thick cover based concrete of road slab etc

Making & cutting of contration joints i/c filling of necessary material in joints including all material labour T&P etc all complete 6.4 clause 1500
