Dismantling posts or struts ( wood, steel, or RCC ) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground for posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and well ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled Mild steel in Joist, channel, angle or tee sections, fixed independently, without connection plate etc., cut to ordinary length within 20mm of the length conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing post and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking bending spirally for hooping for col hooking ends and binding with and including mile steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 07 above, but 6mm to 8mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Chain link fencing and line wire shall be paid at supplied only rate.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 5 Cm long but not exceeding 10 cm long , 5 to 10mm dia of neck as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured.

M&L Preparation of new or previously un treated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work such as gates, grills, gratings, hook and Pintle hinges for large steel gates, railing etc., including round headed screws or welding seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc., as required etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spiles; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; gates, railings, rollers etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 or Gde-E165 and complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet fixed in MS angle frame work or laid on to Mild Steel door and gate with coach screw including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.00mm thick mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work cut size, holes punched, including round headed screws or welding seams including bending or turning up mitred angles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Decorative Knobs for fixing of gates any size , etc complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L Welding as in repairs not exceeding 2.5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Welding as in repairs exceeding 2.5 cm but not exceeding 5 cm in length with thickness of metal not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (1) Works shall be carried out in multi storey Building upto 2nd floor.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry / Block masonry, built in cement mortar including facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete all quoins, arches, pillars, coping etc but excluding ashlars articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Walling of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabad and Bangalore types, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in CM( 1:6) on fair faces of brick work / concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Raised pointing of random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs for Precast PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvers and 25 mm thick jallies of size 60 x 60 or 60 x 90 CM (measured solid), including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) and complete all as specified and directed

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 25 centimetre inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stop ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing the new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying 2 coats of apex ultima weather proof paint over a coat of apex ultima primer complete all as specified and directed.
