Dismantling the engine of the vehicle by way of cleaning and washing of all the parts with kerosene oil. P/F of 6 No. pistons, piston rings, 1 set head valve and guide, 1 set head valve seal, 1 No. main and big end bearings, 1 set connecting rod bush, 2 Nos. connecting rod, 1 set cam bush set, 1 no. timing oil seal, 1 No. main oil seal, 1 No. head gasket set complete assembling of all the parts. P/F of 20 ltrs. M-oil, 1 No. filter set, 1 No. air filter set, 1 No. oil pump assembly, 1 set fuel flexible pipe set with clamps, 1 No. house pipe set with clamps, 1 No. water body assembly, 1 No. engine foundation set, 1 No. fan belt set. Repairing to cylinder assembly by washing and servicing fitting main and big end setting. CR bush fitting. Repairs to crank main shaft by way of polishing alignment setting cylinder head facing/reparing. Assembling and fitting of engine. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Repair to the turbo system of the vehicle by providing and fitting of turbo core assembly, turbo house, turbo bend with overhauling of turbo system and repair to the radiator with parts and material, filling of coolant in the radiator. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges.

Dismantling the fuel injection pump rotary type. Cleaning of all the parts with petrol. P/F of 1 No. cam plate, 1 No. TD Piston, 1 No. cross disc, 4 Nos. rollers, 1 No. DP head, 1 No. VE pump repair kit, 1 No. ACC bush,1 No. lever shaft, 1 No. guide bushing, 1 No. supply pump, 1 No. supporting plate, 6 Nos. new nozzles with nozzle pipe. Assembling of all the parts its checking and testing on the computerized machine and after checking refitting with the engine.

Dismantling of all the four leaf spring assembly. Segregation of leaves. Providing and fitting of main leaf rear 1 no. Main leaf front 1 no. Aux. leaves 2 no. rear 5th leaf front 2nos , 6th leaf rear 2 nos., Leaf spring bush 1 set, U bolt front and rear 2 nos. Leaf spring bush 1 set, U clamps front and rear 4 nos., Leaf spring pin 1 no. front shocker 1 no. centre bolts – 4 nos., Retensioning of leaves before fitting. Fabrication of both the rear mud guards of vehicle out of MS Angle and heavy gauge MS Sheet. Fitting of mud guard on the Vehicle with the help of MS stiffeners and high quality welding. Complete job including labour and material cost.
