REPAIR REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM REPLACEMENT OF UG CALBES LT PANELS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS OF SECTOR B UNDER AOR OF AGE EM II OF GE 865 EWS

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation of poles, stays or for taking out/laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable with clean dry river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured & Paid.

M and L in Replacement of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-I flate size 250 x 150x40mm , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S & F in replacement Straight through cable joint kit for LT UG cable of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Horizontal boring in soft/loose soil/under roads of any width by manual arrangements for inserting GI pipe up to 100mm bore for passing cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & laying in replacement steel tubing, galvanized light grade bores, for passing LT/HT cable under road or PCC floor or fixed on wall/on pole or drain etc or whenever protection is required including necessary clamps and nut bolts with GI fitting complete all as directed and specified as follows:-

Supplying, laying, commissioning & testing LT underground cable 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed heavy duty, armoured with multi stranded aluminium conductor all as per IS 7098(Part-I) 1998, laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or on poles etc including cable gland, cable lugs, jointing, supporting clamp complete etc of the under mentioned type and sizes including taking out old unserviceable cables, protection pipes/bricks or precast concrete cable covers, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electrically incomming and outgoing LT UG cable of LT panel of any size and replace burn/unsv suitable size of aluminium bus bar, Welding work for hinches and doors, fixing the locking arrangement including scraping outdoor/indoor side of LT Panel and one coat of redoxide, two coat of synthetic enamelled seimens gray spray of outdoor/Indoor side and reconnecting LT UG cable with fixing aluminium lugs by using crimping tool, nut, bolt washer etc and all necesary work required for smooth functioning of LT panel all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 meters deep below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron strip of size 25 x 4mm connected to main test point as directed as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe, including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350 x 350 x 50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size for lifting of cover slab, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI earthing strip of size 25x4 mm on PVC/Porcelain insulators at suitable distance with saddeles and fixing screws for roof/wall conductors and down conductors above ground all joints of GI strip should be brazed properly and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Supply and installation,Over head, aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, weasel, including making connections and fixing on poles with all necessary arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductors drawn for overhead lines is to be determined by measuring taut horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers, etc.

Re-Straining tightening of existing ACSR conductor of any size on LT/HT poles including necessary aluminium binding wire, connectors, PVC sleeves for jumpers etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (Excavation and concrete measured separately) Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chromet primer including portion above coping shall be painted in altermative bands of black and yellow colour starting with yellow colour (each band of 20 cm wide) by two coat of super enamelled paint upto 1.5m height all as specified complete in all respect conforming to IS-2713 and as directed.Note : Excavation and earthwork cement concrete etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule)

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 with 20 mm gradded stone aggregate for copping of poles Pedestal (PCC) or mass filling (CM 1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and Labour for painting of LT Panels including cleaning of exposed surface with brush and empry paper including painting with smoke grey paint all as directed any size of LT Panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for prepration of old Steel Surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel white paint to LT Steel tubular /PCC Pole and upto 1 Mtr height from ground level alternative in Yellow and black or white and black strips of 30 CM height each including numbering of Pole No with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling insulators any type and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr charge.

M&L for Pin type, porcelain,vitreous, white, green & brown insulator including one galvanised iron steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, working pressure 1100 Volts and of size 65 mm dia and 100 mm height ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for shackle type, porcelain,vitreous, white, green & brown insulator including one galvanised iron steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanised iron nut, working pressure 1100 Volts and of size 115 mm dia and 100 mm height ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for Synthetic Insulating Mat for Electrical Instrument of size 2mx1mx10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix PVC Spacers 2/4 way for LT OH Line 1100 Volts grade with necessary screws nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as a preventive arrangement to the existing system including removing the existing old/out lived spacers and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down Old U/S Change over switch of any size or any capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing of ON Load Change over ( Front Handle) switch 415 Volt in sheet metal inclosure 4 Pole of capacity 630 Amps with connecting acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing of ON Load Change Change over (Front Handel) switch 415 Volt in sheet metal inclosure 4 Pole of capacity 400 Amps with connecting acessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing of OFF Load Change Change over ( Side Handel) switch 415 Volt in sheet metal inclosure 4 Pole of capacity 200 Amps with connecting acessories complete all as specified and directedby Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 200 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA, 4 pole AC, 415 Volts three pole with thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 630 Amps current carrying capacity 50 KA, 4 pole AC, 415 Volts four pole with thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 500 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA, 4 pole AC, 415 Volts three pole with thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 400 Amps current carrying capacity 36 KA, 4 pole AC, 415 Volts three pole with thermal & adjustable magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 350 Amp 4 Pole of rupturing capacity 36 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repalcement Alluminium Thimbale of size 35/50/70/95 Sq mm complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge. .

S&F in repalcement Alluminium Thimbale of size 120/150/185/240/400 Sq mm complete all as spd and directed by Engr in Charge.

(vi) Foundation for the panel should provided with PCC 1:4:6 at a depth of 150 mm below ground level and 100 mm above the ground level with slot openings fo I/C and O/G cables. Note :- The structural and connection diagram of panel should be got approved by the AO before placing order to the panel manufacturer.

M & L for installing, testing and commissioning of factry made bus bar chanber comprising of 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of 200 Amp rating supported on insulator and enclosed with sheet steel enclosure out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, with top edge tappered, dust and vermin proof , having locking arrangement at front and opening arrangement from front & rear both including fixing arrangement on pole/gorunting in floor, with colour coded FRP with compression cable glands for entry & exit of cables, powder coated all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 87035.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' (Contd). Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
