Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for exposing cracks more than 1mm wide with tile cutter and forming V-grooves nexc 10mm wide and 10mm deep in RCC roof and filling with Nanotechnology based Anti-corrosive with high strength carbon Fiber based shorter chain Epoxy coating (Bond Coat) of finest quality, high strength, high penetration, durable, UV resistant, high scratch/ impact resistant, bacteria resistant and thermally stable, Semi transparent, mixed in proportion (4 Base : 1 Hardner) with Nano based Wall filler @ 1 Bond coat : 1.5 Wall filler in reqd consistency complete all as specified. Note : 1. Rate shall include for making surface clean, dustfree, dry, and free of wax, grease, oil, loose or peeling particle, and other foreign materials. 2. During application ambient temperature is preferred. Frost, fog, or damp conditions should be avoided.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete cement 1; sand 2: agregate 4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum thickness of PCC shall be 30mm. (ii) Integral water proofing liquid admixture shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in after (ii) PCC shall be laid to acheive true slope towards the drain/weep holes.

M&L for applying a coat of Nano technology based water proofing compound (1 part powder : 1 part liquid), of desired consistency with nylon brush @ 5 sqm/kg coverage over vertical/horizantal surface of RCC roof and parapet complete all as specified.

M&L Water Proofing: a) Surface Preparation - Mild Chipping of the surface, Clean the Surface with Nano Bio wash. b) If onlinr leackage found seal with Nano magic and apply nano Bond coat.Open the cracks by making ‘V’ groove, filling cracks with Nano Crack Filler. c) Aplly Nano carbon baesed shorter chain Nano Bond Coat d) Providing and applying Nano Water Base Water Proof compound one coats after surface preparation using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing rate above 98% and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 75degree , permeable type with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT. e) If ant crack found open and fill the crack with nano carbon base filler and bond coat.and use nano wall filler to reduce the undulation. f) Apply Nano high penetration Bond coat two coat. g) Providing and applying Nano Barrier Coat Paint/ Nano Water Base Water Proof Paints 2 coats over screed concrete using brush, not containing toxic materials like Pb, Cr, Zn; having defect-free nano-particles with inhibiting characteristics having bacteria killing and anti-fungal properties, with super-hydrophobic properties with contact angle of water more than 750 , with elongation (stretch ability) of more than 300%, in a nano-structured self assembled dispersion system with VOC level of less than 1% , 60 micron DFT per coat.

Taking down cement Plaster of any thickness from brick or stone walls and concrete etc including raking out joints, jacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish outside Defence land, complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 10mm thick Ready Mix Plaster on internal surface in cement mortar on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick Ready Mix Plaster on external surface in cement mortar on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick Ready Mix Plaster on soffits surface in cement mortar on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
