House keeping and Annual Civil Maintenance of Technical Buildings Structures Arboriculture Roads AND Paths etc. of Stage I in Zone II at GHTP Lehra Mohabat.

(i) Cleaning/sweeping / washing of rooms of various technical Buildings. and their open areas ( Annexure-A) as per actual requirement, sweeping & cleaning of floors with machines ,wet cloth/ scrubbers as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Removal of cobwebs, cleaning of glass panes, doors, windows, bracing, girder etc. (ii) Cleaning of toilets / bathrooms of various technical Buildings (Annexure-B) using liquid phenyl, light acid, cleaning of their fittings fixtures complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Removal of grass /vegetation, wild growth from pebble area, katcha area of transformer yard, 220 &66 KV S/yard,66 KV S/Stn. and store complex. (iv) Removal of wild growth from the open areas. (v) Watering of plants (vi) Removal of floating material from RW pond, basins of cooling towers, Mtc. of dowels around RW pond, Removal of choking from drains, (vii) Cleaning of potable water supply tanks, water coolers. (viii) Cleaning and sweeping of roads. (ix) Any other such work connected with the civil mtc as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (a) By deployment of approx. 45 Nos. USW’s along with 1 No. Work Supervisor.

Cleaning , sweeping, of UCB floors, adjoining panel rooms & toilets in three shifts by deploying One USW in each shift

Running &mtc. of sewerage system in Plant area in three shifts by deploying atleast a) one pump operator in morning shift ,

b) one skilled worker in evening shift

c) one USW in night shift & on Sunday and National Holidays as rest relivers of Pump Operator and Skilled worker

House keeping of T.G. hall and to attend any other emergent work etc.such as cleaning / removal of chockings of drains etc.on Sundays and National holidays by deputing 4 U.S.Ws

Cleaning /sweeping/washing of plant canteen hall , officer room, water cooler room, kitchen, toilets, roofs, floors , walls, cleaning of glass panes , doors etc.with wed cloth /scrubbers by deploying one no.sweeper in general shift as per site procurement and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Part-B (Skilled Category)

Routine Repair to masonry, floors, plastering & other such misc. works of lining walls, roofing, pedestals, attending leakage etc. as per directions of Er.-in-charge by deploying at least one Mason as per direction of Er.-in-charge.

Routine Repair to Carpentry/welding/ black smith jobs relating to wood/ Structural steel work of doors, cupboards, pelmets windows etc. by deploying at least one carpenter / welder/blacksmith.

Routine repairs /patch work of snowcem ,distemper, white washing, painting works and writing letters etc..by deploying one no painter.

Routine clearing of chocking to sewerage line by deploying 2 No. sewer men as per site requirement and as per directions of engineer incharge

Routine repairs to water supply & sanitary works by deploying plumber / pipe fitter as per site require ment and as per directions of engineer incharge

Part-C (Tractr- Trolley)

Disposal of garbage ,debris, rubbish and grass & vegetation etc. collected in bins at various locations with tractor trolley (measuring approx. 3 Cum) complete T& P, fuel with tractor driver and labour etc. required for loading, transportation & unloading within Plant area as directed by Engineer In charge lead up to 2.00Km.

Part-D (Civil Mtc. Jobs)

Corrugated asbestos sheet 6mm thick sheet fixed with G.I. hooks & bolts, limpet and bitumen washers complete fixed in position excluding the cost of purlins for trusses .
