Cement concrete in 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) mix using 40mm ISS hard broken granite metal for foundation and flooring including dewatering where ever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick to required thickness including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., for mixing laying, leveling and curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild steel rod or Ribbed tar steel for all reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel, binding wire, bending, cutting charges including cost and conveyance of all material at site and other incidental charges etc., complete complying standard specification.

Providing centering for sides and soffits of R.C.C. works such as lintels, slab & Beams etc., complete including shuttering up to 3.30M height using mild steel sheet including cost and conveyance of all labour charges etc..

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) mix for all reinforced cement concrete works using 20 mm, ISS gauge hard broken granite machine crushed metal including cost and conveyance of all materials.

Brickwork in cement morter 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using uniformly well burnt country bricks of size9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" cm including cost and conveyance of all materials of size and all other labour charges and indcidential charges etc; complete for foundation and basement complying with standard specification (masonry projection wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done with out any extra cost)

Collection supply and filling of well gravel filling approved quarry including cost and Conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for filling etc., Complete.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of mild steel door with Double shutters using M.S angle of size 40 x 40 x 6mm for outer frames and 35 x 35 x 5mm for shutter frames, fully covered with M.S sheet of 18 gauge with M.S flat of size 32 x 6 mm for internal stiffners and one number of aldrop , two numbers of tower bolts, holdfasts, hinges, handles etc., including providing one coat of red oxide primer. The rates shall inclusive of cost of all materials labour charges for fixing the door in position by dismantling the masonry, concrete etc. and redoing the same to the original condition duly packed with concrete etc., complete.
