(A) School Building (Dismantling & New Construction): Dismantling all type of corrugated/trapezoidal sheet including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc. and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses purlines and rufters including stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Demolishing RCC work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material as directed for all levels.

Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 m2

Demolishing CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Demolishing all types of ceiling, partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels.

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials as directed for all levels.

Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footing of column, steps and septic tank etc. including refiling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completing of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc and removal of surplus earth with all lead & lifts as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and spedified. (A) Upto a depth of 2.00m below the existing G.L (a) In Ordinary Soil.

Providing soiling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparting the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering complete. (a) Brick on flat soiling.

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing, steps, walls, bricks works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary and curing complete (Shuttering works where necessary shall be measured and paid separately.) (a) In prop 1 cement : 3 sand coarse aggregate by volume.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S. Code for R.C.C. work /R.B. walling including straightening, cleaning, cutting and bending to proper sharpes and length as per details supplying and binding with 20G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supprots, chairs, spacers etc complete. (upto 1st floor level). c) ISI approved Mild steel reinforcement bar (M.S. Bar)

Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. 3.2.1.1 Column, pillars, post & strut of square/rectangular/polygonal in plan or any shape like Tee/L etc. having plan vertical face.

Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood Board so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0 m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. 3.2.1.2. Side and soffts of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girder, bressumers, lintel & horizontal ties. (a) For depth not exceeding 1.0M

Providing fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using MS circular hollow section conforming to relevent I.S. code, as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paints complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawing as directed.

Providing Pre Painted Galvalume Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws complete (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately.) TATA Blue scope/ Dyna roof / Durakolor /Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Departement. (ii) 0.45mm thick

Providing Pre Painted Galvanized iron sheet (PPGI) accessories (Ridges/Valley/Gutter/Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling self tapping screws complete. (ii) 0.45 mm thick

Providing and fixing in position suspended false ceiling using E-Grid (exposed ceiling suspension 2430system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm/1200mmx600mm with maon runner 38 x 24mm cross tec 29mm x 24mm & wall angle 24mm x 24mm Using 4mm/6mm thick High pressure steam cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Board as per IS 14862 to be placed in a grid of G.I/M.S bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures air conditioning diffuses and ducts, sprinkles smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffi by hanger @ 1120mm maxium c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1220mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600mm/1200mmx600mm grid, all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge. Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrough, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonary wall including supplying fitting and fixing with M.S hold fast (40mm x 3mm x 250mm) as per design embedded in cement concrete block in proporation 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonary as directed and specified. Supplying fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top and 20mm dia M.S bars 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed. Necessary looking arrangement on both faces, arrangement for temporary closing the gate and 2 nos. (minimum) strong iron hinges of M.S bars and flat of same sizes on each leaf to be embedded in C.C brick pillars as necessary including a red oxide painting to all iron works as directed and specified.
