Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retain -ing walls, footings of columns, steps, septic tanks etc. including refilling (return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all leads and lifts as directed and specified in following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. Providing, fitting and fixing aluminium curtain wall on the exterior face of building fitting to concrete member by drilling hole fixing by brass screw fabricated with anodised aluminium section of approved brand of size 101mm x 44.50mm by providing aluminium jointing angles including providing 6mm thick coloured reflectory type glass fitted with aluminium at all levels.

Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. a) With ready mixed red lead red oxide primer I) Ground floor

Painting two coats ( excluding priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture( Asian paint/Berger paint/ICI paint/ J &Npaint/Nerolac to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter . Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty/ wall filter of Asian Paints/ Berger/Dulux (ICI)/ Nerolac over concrete/cement plaster/ brick walls ( internal )and after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ceiling surface with the help of emerey stone ,putty blade or wire brush, moistening the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

c) Applying one coat of distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surfaces after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with Plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) on new surface to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. a) Providing one coat of cement primer( on ext. wall) of approved brand and manufacture on new surfaces after thoroughly brooming the surface preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing old /new wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal premium textured exterior finish , finish of Sandex Matt brand of Snowcem India Ltd. Of required shade after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels ( two coats)

Pre construction antitermite treatment at the bottom of foundation of foundation pits and walls on either side up to a height of 300m.m. from bottom of the excavation made for column ,plinth beam, wall trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @ 5 litres per sq.mt. Of the surface area before starting construction work( supplying of necesary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per the direction of the Department complete. a)with aquous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (tricel or equivalent) and water ,I,e, 1% solution.

Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laid in cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mm thick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with brick work in cement mortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thick side walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) base over one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with a floating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refilling the sides after completion of work etc. as specified. ii). 300mm wide and average 250mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Providing precast R.C.C slab over drain ,septic tank etc. in prop. 1:2:4 reinforced with 10mm M.S. bar @ 150mm centre both ways tying with 20 gauge black annealed wire with necessary shuttering , curing etc. complete including fixing in position as directed. a) 100mm thick slab

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km. ) By Manual Means Grading- III Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete block pavement (ICBP) with cement concrete paver blocks as per IS 15658-2006 of thickness 80mm and 28 days compressive strength not less than 30 N/m over a layer of bedding sand of compacted thickness 30mm, laid either in stretcher/ running/ herringbone pattern of bonds as directed by the engineer and in proper level and grade and compacted with appropriate equipment such as plat vibrator along with spreading of a thin layer of joint filling sand to fill up the gaps between blocks including construction of edge restraint wherever required complete as per drawings and Technical specification clause 1504 of MORD.
