Project Management Consultancy Services for the work of Establishment of Knowledge, Wellbeing and Innovation City (KWIN City) at Phase-4 & 5, Doddaballapura & Nelamangala Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District (2nd call)

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). (b)Experience in Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision/Project monitoring/Design Consultancy/Quality Control of Road Projects, Formation of Industrial layout, including asphalt roads, Bridges, RCC Side Drains, RCC Cross Drainage works, RCC Utility Ducts & Chambers and HDPE Water Supply Pipelines having value of Rs.52500.00 Lakhs (Contractor value of work) during last five years. (The value of the completed works will be given a weightage of 10 % per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited).

Qualifications and competence of the key professional staff for the Assignment

The Consultant shall have a Full Fledged NABL Accredited Laboratory/MOU with NABL Laboratory with all the relevant equipments with necessary qualified staf to conduct all the laboratory tests of the road project as per the MoRTH Speicification/IRC Guidelines/IS Codes/relevant codes.

Technical Presentation

To qualify for award of this contract, the Consultant in its name should have in the last five years i.e., (2021-22 to 2025-26). Achieved in at least TWO Financial Years, a minimum average financial turnover of Rs.3150.00 Lakhs from Consultancy Services which are Civil in Nature
