Engagemant of labour general up-keeping by way of clearance of chocked drain, collection of consolidated malbe along the central median, clearnace of unforeseen V-shape drain, opening of weep holes to regulate rainy water into drains, clearance of jungle, trimming of overhanged branches of bushes and trees, brooming the road surface etc.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: (1:3:6 or richer mix )

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. @ Rs 2289.25/ m³

Dismantling mannualy or mechanically including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material with in 50m lead. (Bituminous Raod)

Engagement of Power concrete breaker (manual) for minor dismantling like refixing of old/new steel grating, creating new weep holes into side drains etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Engagement of loader cum excavator (JCB) for Exceptional works (unforeseen) like falling of trees on road, blocking the traffic movement, removal of slips etc.

Engaging Tractor Trolley for disposal of malba obtained from removal of garbages, clearance of malba from central verge, V-shape drains by mechanical transport outside municipal limits including loading/ un-loading complete.

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including loading/un-loading complete.
