Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc.then disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footing bases of columns and mass concrete.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i)Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Edges of slabs and breaks in Floor and walls :- Under 20cm wide.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 1/2: 3(1cement:1 1/2sand:3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Supplying Cast iron cover without frame for main hole (For frames of 500mm internal diameter C.I.Cover (Medium duty) the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry(uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6 :12 (1cement: 6sand:12graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) in retaining and breast wall.of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6 :12 In Cement Mortar.1:6. (1cement:6sand).

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

In beams, joists, channels, angles, tes, flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.

1.80 mtrs. High fencing with steel post of built up section 2.50 metre centre to centre with nine horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS: 278-1962 type.I) weighing 9.38 kg/ per 100 metre (minimum)strained and fixed to posts with G.I staples, including coal tarring of ballies complete) cost of post, struts and straining bolts shall be paid for separately).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.:-

With ready mixed paint other than white.

Boulder filling behind retaining walls.

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes (Light grade) i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect. Labour rate only.
