Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 5 mm frosted glass can be used in railings and wherever required to be fixed properly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing aluminum composite panel false ceiling(ACP) 3mm thick in the required size and colour and surface finish all as specified and directed by engr in charge(includes frame and all required accessories for fixing) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete at roofs,floors(other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for PVC hollow wall panelling 7 to 8mm thick any colour/design approved by engr-in-charge, inclusive of fixing on to wall incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in Soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters;purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting platesFe 410-W(Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Plates ( Plain or chequered ) of Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) Quality -B channels,square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
