Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in roofs slab, beams, chajjas and similar suspended (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description including sunken portion and in any position complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work or stone patti ceiling laid flat and filling with flush pointing complete in 1:3 CM complete including WPC compound as per manufracturer instruction complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Cutting chases, pinning in making good to facing where requried and pointing in cement and sand mortar 1:3 to ends or edge of landings, steps, cills, sunshade, shelves, lintel etc. tubes or concealed conduit etc and making good, cutting not exc 10cm girth complete all as specified and as direcetd.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or bedding layer to provide levelling course or varying thickness as required as site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4-5cm thick sand stone slab in sunshades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates etc not exc 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on the other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured), 400x400x7-8mm thick as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, framed signed boards, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work including welding conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs & disposal of retrieved material upto a distance not exc 100m where complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly shall be deposited at sub division yard without extra cost.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering and leaping (where full thickness removed or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance not exe where as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for roof treatment as specified below and as directed : (a) Cleaning, washing of surface and removing and bebris, surface should be free any loose paint, dust from roof or grease. (b) Applying one coat of Elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net/50 gsm Geotextile mesh upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying 2 coats of undulated PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, tensile strength more than 2 N/sqmm and alkali & fungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of water proofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall carried out as per the manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces complete all as specified as under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc and other approved make (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement (e) Applying mix of of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP in the ratio 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instructions complete (f) Filling with PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed. Note: The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300mm X 300mm X 20mm) with SRI (Solar refractive Index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20mm thick cement and sand mortar in the ratio 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with cementious grout of approved make including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150mm height along the perapet walls in the same manner complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layer on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls consisting of 1st layer of 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 2nd layer (setting coat or top layer) of 5 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, 2nd layer mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished fair & even complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for flush pointing in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface of stone patti roofs/ brick tiles laid flat on roof complete including racking out joints complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Disconnecting existing serviceable rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity not exc 500 litres including cleaning & removing all scale & dirt etc from tank with gunny bags, cleaning with fresh water and bleaching powder, including fixing of 20mm PTMT float valve including ball and rod complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- any GI fitting or pipe taking down and refixing same deemed to be included in quoted rates required to fix tank in position nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipe (ISI marked), in any length with or without ears fixed with cement joints, fixed to walls, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 75mm bore cast iron, sand cast, soil, waste & vent pipe (ISI marked), in any length with or without ears fixed with cement joints, fixed to walls, fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.
