CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220): - Material and labour for removing the old unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI pipe 32mm dia and supplying and re-weaving with light shade New Nylon VIRGIN NEWAR 50 to 55mm wide closely double knitted complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Weight of Nylon Newar shall not be less than 1.75 Kgs per Charpoy and colour shall be white / light colour. Make of Nylon Newar: - KONARK, USHA

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220): - Removing old unserviceable Nylon Newar from Charpoy GI pipe and supplying and fixing 12mm thick plywood commercial type of size 1980 X 900 mm, (Grade : Boiling Water Resistant. (BWR), IS 303 : 1989) to GI pipe frame by providing 02 No's of flat iron of size 50 mm X 6mm of length equal to width of GI charpoy, flat iron stiffener shall be painted two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, bending the flat iron to the shape required to fix it tightly to GI Charpoy with the help of nut, bolt of size 62-65 mm and 6mm dia by drilling holes into GI pipe along with any welding if required. The plywood shall be fixed on the Charpoy by drilling 12 No's hole (02 No's on each long rail, 02 No's each short rail and 02 No's on each flat iron) and fixing it with flat headed nut and bolt of size 62-65mm and 6mm dia and tightening the complete frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old unserviceable three way elbow from the GI pipe and supplying and fixing new three way elbow 32mm dia ISI marked complete all as specified / shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: - JINDAL / TATA / SURYA

Removing old unserviceable GI check nuts from the GI charpoy frame and supplying and fixing new GI check nuts 32mm bore / dia and 10mm wide complete all as specified / shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old broken end long rail from charpoy and supplying and fixing new long rails of GI pipe ISI marked, 32mm dia medium grade duly threaded up to 22mm on both ends to be fitted to the frame complete all as specified and shown on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of GI Tubing: - JINDAL / TATA / SURYA

Removing old broken end short rails from charpoy and replacing with new short rails of GI pipe made out of long rails retrieved vide Serial Item No 5.00 here-in-before duly threaded at both ends up to 22mm long at both ends to be fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drawing or as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing old broken end legs from charpoy GI and replacing with new legs of GI pipe made out of short rails retrieved vide Serial Item No 6.00 here-in-before, duly threaded at one end to be fitted to the frame. The lower end of the leg shall be provided 3mm thick mild steel plate of 40mm dia shall be provided duly continuous welding with and including provision of FMN set as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rest all as shown on drawing complete all as specified.

Note:- (i) The Contractor shall submit Purchase voucher and test certificate directly from the Company / Manufacturer for the items of works for Ser item No 1.00. (ii) Ply will be accepted with Bar code only.
