[PVC casing capping and Switch board both on surface] Average run 8 Mtr

SUB-HEAD 2--Meter Box,BDB,PDB,VTPN ETC:-Supplying and fixing 2+8 way double-door SPN MCB Distribution Board with IP-42/43 protection Enclosure (607711), concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. [Make: L&T /Legrand /ABB /SIEMENS /Schneider]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 240V, 40 A DP MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection. [Make: L&T /Legrand /ABB /SIEMENS/Schneider]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V 6-32 SP MCB MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connectionas per GS [Make:Legrand /Schneider /Siemens /Crabtree/ L&T] as per direction of EIC. ]

SUB-HEAD 3-- Polythene pipe and wires:-Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the 19mm/25mm prelaid polythene pipe/PVC rigid conduit as per GS. [Make- Finolex/Polycab/RR Kabel/KEI] 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)

SUB-HEAD 4--Supplying & Laying of Cable:-Supply of 4/3.5 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make Polycab / RR /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.I.C] 4 core 6 Sq. mm (From Main Building to New School Block)

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 4 core 6 Sq. mm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : 4 core 6 Sq. mm

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

SUB-HEAD 5---SUPPLY OF LIGHT FITTINGS:- Supply and Delivery of 4 feet Industrial box type single LED tube fitting incl. Supply & Delivery of 1 no. 240V, 20 W LED Tube (Polycarbonate with heat sink) with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500K) having minimum luminous efficiency of 100 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more. [Make- Philips/ Crompton/ Wipro or manufacturer with own NABL accredited lab with valid test certificate] [LED lamps & accessories shall have BEE certification]

Supply & Delivery of 240V LED lamps of following wattage with glare free light distribution having minimum luminous efficiency of 100 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more. [Make- Philips/ Crompton/ Wipro or manufacturer with own NABL accredited lab with valid test certificate] [LED lamps & accessories shall have BEE certification] 12W LED Bulb B22/E27 Base

SUB-HEAD 6-- FIXING OF LIGHT FITTINGS:- Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with sutable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length.

SUB-HEAD 7 -- SUPPLY OF FANS:- Supply & Delivery of 230V, 1-Ph, 1200 mm sweep BLDC ceiling fan having Wattage ≤ 35 Watt, R.PM ≤ 300, Air Delivery ≥ 220 C.M.M incl. all accessories (Without Remote). (Make- Crompton / Usha / Orient/ Polar) [BEE 5 star rated]

Supply & Delivery of 220V, Single Phase, 50 Hz A.C heavy duty exhaust fan of following sizes having complete metal body. (Make- EPC/ USHA/Orient CROMTON) [BEE star rated] 230 mm (9"), 4 Blade, RPM ≤ 1370 , Wattage ≤ 40 Watt, Sound level ≤ 49 dB, Air Displacement (In CFM) ≥ 440

SUB-HEAD 8-- FIXING OF FANS:-Supplying & Fixing MS fan clam of two piece type for RC ceiling as per approved specification, fabricated from 40 mm x 9 mm MS flat including making good damages to building roof with satisfactory finishing and painting – (As per Drawing no. 475 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991)

Supply & Fixing 240V, Modular Socket (2 Module) type fanregulator (Step type) (Brand approved by EIC) on existing Modular GI switch board with top cover plate incl. making necy. connections etc.

Fixing only ceiling fan complete with blades, canopy, fork, rubber bush etc as per GS

Engraving the deptt. number with 10 mm lettering on the body as per GS.

Extra for additional one letter incl. hifen, stroke and stop

Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of following diameter 23 cm (9")

Supply & Fixing GI louver shutter on wall with necy. bolts & nuts (6 mm dia x 62 mm long) For 23 cm (9")

SUB-HEAD 9 -- EARTHING INSTALLATION :- Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. (For Soft Soil)

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment, incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F 8 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages.

SUB-HEAD 10--SITC of Lightning Conductor:- S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered/ welded with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and (25 x 6) mm GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers.

Supply & fixing of 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) flat / strips for Horizontal & Vertical run on wall / floor with GI shaddles as required including drilling holes, bolts, nuts, washers, etc./ and mending good the damages to building works.

Cutting cornices/ steps etc. including cutting recess in buildings etc. & supply & fixing 15 mm bore (ISI-Medium) GI pipe protection as below and mending good damages to the building works: i) Length upto 0.5 Mtr

ii) Length above 0.5 Mtr

Hiring charges for scaffolding arrangement including dismantling at the end of work and carriage, for LC installation, per storey of building per vertical run.

Supply & Fixing of Testing Joints by 25 mm x 6 mm thick GI (Hot Dip) strip 125 mm long on wall after making suitable arrangement to establish a clearance of 50mm from wall for making junction connection with vertical conductor and conductor from earth electrode complete with S & F GI bolts, nuts, check-nuts, spring washers etc. as required.

Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium) 3.0 Mts. long with welded 2 nos. half circle bracket made of GI strip (65 x 8) mm. with two holes on extended portion of the each strip of length min. 250 mm , and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming as to GS [For soft soil].

Supply, Laying & Fixing of 50mm x 6mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip in underground trench for interconnection between the Earth Points by joining

Jointing for Horizontal & vertical run of GI strip through welded joint of (25 x 6) mm or (50 x 6) mm GI Strip to Lap joints/ 'T' joints, etc. and painting the joints with 2 (two) coats of bituminous paint.

SUB-HEAD 11 --MISCELLANEOUS:- Supplying & Fixing 240 V AC/DC superior type Ding-Dong Call Bell (Anchor) on HW board incl. S&F HW board
