Taking down and Repair/replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 160 Amps, Icu=35KA, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC , with fixed thermal and magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links and proper size lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections, for 50 HP motor all as specified and directed. Note: MCB/MCCB/and DBs shall be of same make .

Taking down old existing duct cover S&F 40CMx 100CM duct cover of GI sheet inclunding dressing of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down and Repair/replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps, Icu=35KA, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC , with fixed thermal magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links and proper size lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections, for 75 HP motor all as specified and directed. Note: MCB/MCCB/and DBs shall be of same make .

Taking down and Repair/replacement of MCCB, 4 pole, 100 Amps, Icu=25KA, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC , with fixed thermal magnetic release duly connected with copper spreader links and proper size lugs, nuts, bolts and washers for proper connections, up to 22.5 HP motor all as specified and directed. Note: MCB/MCCB/and DBs shall be of same make .

Supply and fix only Electronic Timer ET 100, 110/240 Volts, 50 Hz, range 9-30 seconds up to 75 HP Motor complete all as specified.

Supply and fix phase sequence changer of any type /make capacity 22.5 HP to 75 HP including renewal of U/S parts and wiring as required to made the sequencer serviceable condition.

Taking down of RYB phase indicator and repair/renewal of RYB phase indicator of any size and type on LT Panel as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Single/reverse phase preventor for motor protection with by pass arrangements to run the motor in case of emergency with low/high voltage cut off and time delay/relay of 1 to 3 sec.including dismantling/taking out of unserviceable phase preventor of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core cable , ISI-1554 marked , with copper conductor , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of 16 sqmm ,complete including taking down of existing unserviceable cable all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT PVC insulated and PVC sheathed single core cable , ISI-1554 marked , with copper conductor , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of 35 sqmm ,complete including taking down of existing unserviceable cable all as specified laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed naked with walls / on poles/ in ducts /in GI pipes etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing ( in repairs) 100 Amps, 415V, 4 pole off load changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure, side handle operated , 50 Hz, fixed to walls/ panels with suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed including making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing ( in repairs) 200 Amps, 415V, 4 pole off load changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure, side handle operated , 50 Hz, fixed to walls/ panels with suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed including making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing ( in repairs) 315/320 Amps, 415V, 4 pole off load changeover switch with sheet metal enclosure, side handle operated , 50 Hz, fixed to walls/ panels with suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed including making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electronic motor protection relay up to 75 HP capacity of motor including protection from over load , short ckt current, unbalance load, phase loss, phase reversal,locked rotor, earth,over temprature etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface and two coat synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , not otherwise described completel as specified and directed .

Repair and refurbishment of old LT panel body including replacement of damaged door/cover, repair/renewal of lock of panel door/cover, refabrication of damaged parts including all type of machining, welding, sheet metal work required. The job is deemed to include the rate of new parts renewed(if any) and all T&P required for the same complete all as specified of LT panel not larger than 300CMx200CMx80 CMx (All parts renewed must be of colluding material of the panel body)
