Repair in patch work with 15 mm cement plaster in 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Sand) single coat on rough side of brick/ stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arries, internal rounded angles, chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Sand) including all leads and lifts and carriage of material at site and as per the direction and entire

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (cement: 2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement 50mm thick with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer Incharge.

Providing & fixing panelled glazed or panelled & glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws in 2nd class deodar wood (40 mm thick)

Steel work in single sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in R.S. Joists,channels, angles, tees etc. with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer Incharge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (cement :2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation and Plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair sides of brick/concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arises internal rounded angles not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even smooth in cm 1:3 (cement: 3sand) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6 mm thick cement plaster in ceiling in cm 1:3 (cement: 3sand) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of from work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hirmachi color wash on undecorated wall surface (two coat) give an even shade i/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, mortar drops and othe foreign matter with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer in charge.
