Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr deep for pipe line/cable in any type of soil getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cum thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5mtr from the starting point all as directed.

M & L for manually drilling (bogge) under the roads/Path with disturbing the top surface upto 200mm pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-I (with 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping, grouting, MS frame made out of angle iron, finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on brick work/plastering/flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, jointing, testing and commmisioning of DI Pipe as per IS 8329-2000, class K-9 with inside cement mortar lining with spigot and socket ends laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge at site for the following sizes :-

Material and Labour for CI/DI fittings/specials such as Tees of any size and radious,bends,collars,tapers,tail pieces,caps and plugs up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS: 1538-1993

Supplying and fixing, jointing, testing of Sluice Valve of sizes as under , ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes. Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall be measured and paid under this item.

M & L for construction of valves pit chamber having internal dimension 120 cm x 120cm x 120 cm (internal height) using PCC (1:4:8) 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation 15 cm Thick, 23 cm thick wall in CM (1:4), 10mm tick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 coping with 20mm graded aggregate for grouting MS frame including 3mm tick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50mm pad lock with double key angle iron including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs all as specified and shown on drg No CWE (U)/D-1/86 sheet No 1/1 and including demolition/ dismantling of existing valve chamber as directed.
