Taking out old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and type and M&L for sub main wiring with multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable PVC sheathed in and including concealed suitable PVC conduit with two runs of 6.0 Sqmm and 1 run of 6.0 Sqmm FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and connected to earth dolly, the work includes cutting of Chasis and making good the disturbed surfaces and rate deemed to be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) The work includes cutting of Chasis and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with surroundings complete. (ii) 2 runs of cable, 1 run of earth wire and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured as one unit of RM.

Taking down the old existing panel and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar box outdoor type, fabricated from quality 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron of suitable size duly powder coated, making earth connections etc. The panel should be dust and vermin proof factory fabricated, CPRI approved totally enclosed free standing/wall mounting type extendable from both sides, suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz 3 phase 4 wire system complete in all respect and confirming to latest relevant of ISI specifications including necessary connections, inter connections with copper conductor cable of required size cable tray gear mounted suitable to AC 23 duty confirming to IS-4064 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and including the following accessories :- Make: Tricolite/ Adlec/ Universal Switch Gear Control/ Siemens/ L&T/Schneider/Jakson & Co. BUS BAR CHAMBER :- (a) 300 Amp TPN, Aluminium conductor, Supported on insulated plate form, interconnection of all incomings & outgoings. (ii) Old unserviceable/MCCBs of any rating and type retrieved from the Old panel will be the Govt property and the same shall be deposited in the store through proper inventory and the same shall be submitted alongwith RARs / Bill. (b) Bus bar chamber of 3 phase 4 strip 415 volts with 400 main and 300 amps Neutral, Aluminium strip 1 set Supported on insulated plate form, interconnection of all Incoming & Outgoing.
