Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in a Hard/dense soil complete all aspecified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and deposited in MD land where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering.

M&L for 150mm thick approved Granular Sub Base (GSB) type 1 filling (compacted thickness 150mm) for newly construction for rigid pavement in layers not exceeding 75mm thick each layer, including spreading, levelling, watering and rolling with 8 to 10 ton roller to gradient and camber as per MoRTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Laying and compacting 75mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

M&L for Premixed Bituminous macadam from hot mix plant with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen of grade VG-30, laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 Kg. Per 10 Sq.M using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous Premixed Dense Asphaltic Concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG - 30, with 6% of binder content by weight of total mix using Hot Mix Plant and laid with Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed pre-cast concrete blocks for kerb stone with solid block exc 10 cm in width type C-1 , 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 of any shape and size as approved by Garrison Engineer, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the earth and removal of surplus earth from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for edging of road side path including embedding PCC pre cast block in ground to any depths as required and tamping soil around PCC blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of New or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with soil blocks, Type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregatr) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete or brick masonry surfaces and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulasion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 qum over new surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming embankments inlcuding raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n,exc 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n.exc 15m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel power coated bench for seating capacity of 03 person at one time of size 680mmx1800mmx780mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector equivalent to model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one Ni-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 including necessary excavation, removal of excavated soil etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 800mm dia of convex mirror made of Polycarbonate material provided with suitable steel pipe post of 75mm dia as per site requirement. It shall be meant for road turning, intersections, curves, T Junctions, Hospital, Parking lots etc. It shall be also ideal for surveillance. It should have clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle. It shall be unbreakable & stronger than glass and fixed on ground by PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F plastic speed breakers on road of size 500mmx400mmx50mm in black and yellow colour with retroreflective light 02 Nos on each side on each pieces and fixed with 150mm treaded long nails 08 Nos on each pieces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
